Unfortunately they sent glasses without the Photochromatic option I've paid for which for me bring a lot of questions about the lens production. Are they really to my real prescription? Are they trying to scam people by not doing paid options hoping they will not contact them and save money on orders?

They are re-doing my glasses and they wanted to have the wrong ones back which also bring the question, are they going to sell used frames today customer? Are mine used in the first place?

I've ask to keep them as spares and they offered a 15% discount, but considering they should trash them I'm not paying that much.

Overall I'm going to stick with the other two companies I've dealt with it the past where I had no issues with. "
