Order 2 pairs of glasses and both got cancelled

"You advertised having a pair of Oakley's in stock and after a month (only after I contacted you first) I was informed that they are Not in stock. In fact, they are still being advertised as in stock to this day.
The other pair I ordered got cancelled because you said payment was invalid. I used the exact same payment method for both (pay pal). Unfortunate because I loved both frames and would have been a repeat customer.

Poor delivery Practices

"Item arrived damaged and liquid spilled leaving an empty bottle. No wrap around the bottle or inside the packaging. When I reached out to them, they refused to provide a refund or replacement. I made the mistake of ordering these eye drops since it is the same costs everywhere else. "
