"This company is awful. First of all I have never had a company charge my credit card before they ship the product, is that even legal? They ran the charge the day I placed the order and I didn't receive any product for a MONTH. Then they only provided part of the order and canceled part. So for a month there was a charge on my credit card for product they couldn't get. Now I want to return the product I did get and it says there is a 30 day return policy. BUT The website says the window for my returns is closed!! It is marked closed the day I got the product. So now I have to go back to customer service which is terrible. I will not deal with this company again."
