"Ordered two pair of glasses on June 30, 2024.
After two weeks, no glasses and no customer service update. I emailed inquiry about order, got reply that my order was out of stock and would be 2 -6 weeks and would be updated when order ships. Six weeks later, no product. Get response from company that my order should be in soon and would update once shipped.
