The products always ship very quickly and come with sign-off sheets telling you who picked the parts from the warehouse and who verified the order's contents before shipping the package.

If you have questions about the parts their friendly customer service staff is extraordinarily helpful. They've gone so far as to fax me a page from the official Volvo parts catalog so I could find the exact part I wanted.

FCP Euro (or FCP Import, once I start running Japanese engines) is the only store I shop for parts at. Great prices, even better service.
