"I have had several dealings with FCPEuro over the past few years.
Their customer service is excellent and has never given me any cause for complaint. In fact I have had experiences which are better than you normally get these days.
In one case I had problems with my replacement sump. FCP sent a new one out straight away, no questions asked.
And on another occasion, I had concerns with the brand name of a timing belt in a kit. A quick email fired off to FCP and they offered to replace it with a brand I was satisfied with for no additional charge (despite the fact I offered to pay any difference).

Placed another order in November 2011.
Order came super quick, however, 2 small o rings out of the 4 orders weren't in the box, the packaging for them was, but it was torn, so I think during shipment they slipped out of the box. Emailed FCP about it, and bam 2 days later had the other orings in the mail!

Their easily navigable website, low prices, helpful customer service, and broad supply stock make them my go-to supplier for all of my DIY work on both my Volvos. With their updated shipping costs I find their prices even harder to beat, though if I absolutely need something right away I still have to go to my local Volvo dealer.

FCP just does good work. They give you exactly what you (and your car) need at very reasonable prices, with no hassle, mistakes, or shady behavior.
