"We won a contract to spray city football fields for the summer. First application was due today, 25 gal sprayer arrived yesterday by 2 day FedEx. (please note - we are in Alaska so 2 day air was $165.00 for a $450.00 sprayer - normal for us). The problem is the frame member was not in the box!!! No assembly - No spraying - Cancelled contract...........
