"I was a little concerned about ordering an open box item, so instead of ordering online I called and spoke to a sales rep. He was very informative and explained that if I wasn’t satisfied the product could be returned and it was under full warranty.
I had 2 problems and had to contact customer service. They had to transfer me to tech support where I had to leave a message. It was late in the day on a Friday so I did not expect quick response. The following Monday morning at 7:05 AM I received a phone call from tech support and about 10 minutes later got another call from customer service to see if Tech support had followed up.
My problem was resolved, with a replacement part being sent out.
The overall experience was exceptional, professional and quick. No one dropped the ball.
