Recently we made an order from Factory Direct Craft. It was packages with a shippig thank you note from Shan'. Item was exactly as discribed shown. Item was delivered in fine condition. However:
We ordered six stems of idential pine and cones. In the delivery box each stem came with a price tag for .89 cents.
$18.89 The total of the merchandise (minus any shipping tax handling)
.89 was the price tag on each of the six stems.
$3.15 per stem is the price paid
$5.34 was the total tagged price of thesix stems from Factory Direct Craft
$18.89 was the total cost for the rpodcut charged.
$13.75 was the differnces between the tag price and the cost of the charged cost of the item
That is a massive mark up onthe product.
Believe my businesses will now pull Factory Direct Craft from our list of company to use.
That massive market is not easily going to be expalined to our clientele...who utlimately pay for the products.
It is not longer prudent or in our clients best interests to purchase from Factory Direct Craft.
Guess Factory Direct Craft is great for those who have acesses to unaccountabled unlimited funds.
