"Pros:
1- Whatever size filter you are looking for they have, because as I've understood they custom make them.
2- Quality is very good.
3- Cheaper than everywhere else I've looked for the size/quality.
4- Very friendly customer service.
5- When my order shipping was delayed I was given a partial refund in return.

Cons:
In the process of placing the order it doesn't mention shipping time frame until order has been already placed then I found out that shipping takes approximately 2 weeks which was pushed further more a couple of days due to high seasonal demand as I've been told.
