Telephoned Factory Direct Filters on July 12, 2016, having neither received nor had any confirmation about the order, that the website said was in stock. Was the order lost or misplaced? After much searching, the rep found the order and said it would be shipped ASAP. It was shipped on July 13, and received on July 14, 2016. The filters I received were not made to factory specs, and had to be forced in, which distorted them.
