"I placed my order and they charged my credit card immediately, then I get a notice that my shipment will be delayed due to "higher than expected volume." They then miss the revised ship date too. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel the order and dispute the charge on my credit that they shipped the goods. Meanwhile they had my $$ for 3 weeks until I received my filters.
Bad business practice if you charge when ordered instead of when shipped like every other online business!

"Found their website and ordered 12 filters, luckily I took a screenshot of the order because that's all I got. After a couple days I noticed they charged my CC the full amount and still no email confirmation. I called the customer service line (this is why I gave the 2 stars instead of 1), customer service was helpful, updated me that my order was delayed and sent me the missing email. A few days later the filters showed up at my house in two crushed boxes left on the front porch, none of the filters were usable. Great, now I call the costumer service line again, and again they were helpful. Asked for pictures, which I immediately sent, and I was sent an apology email with a new order number. That's all, no invoice, no other information. After a few more days I called customer service again, (again the only bright spot has been the customer call in line) and was told there was an extended delay due to demand and production delays, and was offered a refund. I accepted. My CC has not been refunded yet and I expect it by the weeks end. If not I will call again. In all it was a bad experience. The lack of communication and either poor packaging or poor shipping caused the failure of this (my first) order. Because of all the problems I will not use Factory Direct Filters in the future, and can not recommend them, well except for their customer service department, they did a good job. Just too bad I had to call them so often."
