"I FOUND FACTORYDIRECTFILTERS THROUGH A GOOGLE SEARCH WHILE LOOKING FOR 20X20 HEPA M13 FILTERS. THESE FILTERS WERE NOT READILY AVAILABLE IN MY AREA. ORDERING THE FILTERS AND PAYING FOR THEM COULDN'T HAVE BEEN EASIER. I RECEIVED THEM A FEW DAYS LATER. THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. The filters had to be custom made because of the odd size. I could only get them at the a/c company who installed the air conditioner system and they were expensive. Factory Direct was referred to me by a friend. Will be happy to refer this company to others.
