"My order for furnace filters hasn't arrived yet due to out of stock issue...however once I
inquired....customer service certainly kicked in: offering a modest discount if I could wait for my order and keeping me up to date once I responded.
My only disappointment is I had to inquire why I hadn't received my order...it was7- 10 days late on an order supposedly shipped same day as order.
The order has "shipped" and I'll be glad to be more positive once it's arrived.

After emailing customer service one more time, I received a box with all of my original order. Way too much back and forth and waiting. I will not order from them again."
"I purchased 12 MERV13 Filters and saved more than if I purchased singles or a 6-pack. I compared the rates to Lowes and Wal-Mart and even without the discounted prices, the retailers where roughly 60% more (depending on how many you buy). A mate of mine said I got lucky with the rates from this company, so I recommend them on price alone. They came in a large box, no fancy wrapping or branded 3M logos. The only thing I will tell you is it was a hot day when the delivery arrived and I had to carefully separate each filter as I removed them from the box. Some were stuck together but carefully peeling away each one was possible without ripping the thin cardboard layer of each filter. Other than that, I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and great price (including free shipping).

I re-ordered the same filters and quantity as above and the shipping was super quick given the Christmas holidays. Prices were pretty much the same as I received an email 15% coupon to celebrate Christmas!! The above review stands and I haven't had any problems with the product or the service when re-ordering. Good company, fast and efficient, no-nonsense which is just what I like. I still recommend them with 5 stars."
"Free shipping ships within 5 days plus the time fed X takes, plus a weekend. Fed X smashed a corner of the box which crunched one filter. Five days to ship when your filters should be on a shelf is a little long. None of that has to do with the product it self but the filters really look quality very well made."
