Beware! Items never received!!

"I ordered 9 items from Fanatics.com and only one item received. I received an email from them stating all items were delivered by Federal Express in four separate packages. I called Fed Ex and they confirmed only one package was delivered (with 1 item). They also confirmed there were no other packages scheduled to be delivered!!!! I called Fanatics customer service and representative hung up on me after she stated all items were delivered!! Scammers!! Beware!! It was my first and last time using them! I have never had these issues with any other online company. "

Horrible return policy!!

"I bought 2 NFL shirts as a gift and they didn't fit..they don't do exchanges I was told so I had to return..they charged me $9.99 per shirt to return because they came from 2 different warehouses..never heard of anything so absurd ..almost $20..really?? Customer service didn't seem to care when I told her that I will tell everyone I know to never order from them again!! "

Unhelpful customer service

"Fansedge.com is a subsidiary of Fanatics.com. I saw a Phillies jersey my son wanted for his Halloween costume on fansedge.com for 44.99. So I bought a gift card on another website where I earn cash back for purchasing gift cards & the terms & conditions for the Fanatics.com gift card said "Terms and Conditions: Valid only at Fanatics.com & FansEdge.com for in-stock merchandise only." Perfect! What I wanted to buy qualified. NOT!!! The gift card was only valid at Fanatics.com but the exact same jersey (same item number & everything) was $59.99 on Fanatics.com. After chatting online with someone, then calling, then calling again because I was confused at what the first caller told me (almost 2 hours with these people) they told me they couldn't help me. "The system" won't let them do anything & there were no managers to talk to. My choice was to pay more & use my gift card code or pay less but have a useless gift card. They wouldn't price match their own sister website to allow me to purchase the jersey from fanatics.com with my gift card at the fansedge.com price. WHAT A RACKET!"

Returns are the worst in online shopping

"Received my item in a timely manner, however upon trying it on I discovered I was not happy with the quality. The collar open, was large enough for two necks, it look terrible and ridiculous. When I went to return it they wanted me to pay 10 bucks and charge me tax on it a second time. **** poor"

Good selection, Very slow to ship, customer service friendly but not very helpful

"Ordered in stock items on a Monday, finally shipped on a Friday except they didn't really ship. The label was created Friday morning but evidently the package was not picked up. Should have arrived the following Monday (Shoprunner 2 day) instead status was still label created. Called customer service who told me the items were expected to be delivered Monday just like their email stated. Then asked the rep to check the tracking and was told well...you will need to allow one more day then call us back. Really call back again and wait 10 minutes on hold? Pass. I could have purchased the same items from Amazon at a slightly higher price, should have just spent the extra money. I've learned my lesson."
