Not worth your time or money.

"We have spent thousands of dollars with Fanatics in the past, and were planning on continuing in the coming months - but based on the most recent order won't be returning customers.

Ordered customized jerseys and confirmed the shipping/arrival date with customer service representative when placing the order.

Received an email with an updated arrival date that was weeks passed the promised arrival. Contacted multiple customer service representatives - each time hearing the same response "sorry, must have been a new agent you spoke with, there's nothing we can do". When escalated the response was "we can offer a discount on your order if you decide to return."

Great customer service is a choice, and it's what promotes customer retention. Have a good attitude, offer alternatives, figure out a way to compensate the customer for their time and money.

Customer Service saved the day

"I received a ball in the wrong box, with the wrong "autograph sharpie" included. I ordered a Michael Strahan authentic autographed ball in blue sharpie, but got the ball in a Lawrence Taylor box with a black "autograph pen" sharpie. I spent over 4+ hours back and forth with customer service trying to get answers, until Donna from customer service very swiftly stepped in and saved the day. She was so helpful, and got the answers I needed quickly and efficiently. If it were not for her, I would never order from Fanatics again, however, now that I have her as a contact person, I would order again time after time. "

Customer Service

"Received a damaged item. Tried the "Virtual Chat" to ask questions about returns. Ended up in an endless loop. Called Customer Service. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with a representative who tried to help, but due to the nature of the item, it had to be handled during daytime office hours by a different office. Finally, the next day I was transferred to Genevieve. She provided a quick resolution to the problem! She sent multiple emails to make sure I was informed along every step. Genevieve provided me with excellent customer service! The 5 star review is for Genevieve's service!"

"Had an item get damaged in shipping, i contacted them and Melina was a pleasure to deal with and took care of the issue within the same day. Can't ask for anything better then that and then also received the replacement item within 3 days of contacting her. Will order and keep doing business with them in the future."

Second Cancelled Order

"

I have ordered merchandise on the website of this retailer on 07/11/2019 and i have paid in full for the merchandise with my credit card. I received a confirmation letter that my order was received and would ship, with estimated delivery dates.

However, i found out ob 07/16/2019, while tracking my order, that it was cancelled and i was refunded. I called the company "Fanatics" and i was told that my order had "failed" verification. I asked for a supervisor to log a complaint. This is the second time in a row that one of my orders have been cancelled due to "failed verification".

The first time was in November 2018, when i ordered merchandise from the same website. The merchandise was intended to be a gift for my 13 years old son for Christmas. My son lives in Germany, i live in Texas. needless to say, he did not receive a Christmas gift from me.

I called Fanatics and complained. The customer service agent asked me to verify my information, which i did. I stayed away from ordering from that vendor/website since then. Now, my son is visiting with me for the summer, and i have once again ordered from the website Fanatics.com, with the same result that my order was cancelled.

At this time, i believe to be black listed or discriminate against by the company Fanatics. Fanatics is the official retailer of most, if not all major American leagues, so this practice prevents my family to purchase goods from these leagues.

The practice is unacceptable. My son is leaving in 10 days, and i don't think he will get these items ever.

If I could rate no stars, I would!!!!! I was treated awful by this company, do NOT believe their web site that they have 365 day easy returns, it is a LIE!!!!! They delivered a vest to my son at college, it took several weeks. It was not the right size, so I went to return it thinking, no problem it clearly says 365 day easy returns, NO WAY!!! It was over 30 days so they would not let me return it, is that 365 days, NO!!!!! So, I called customer service, the lady was so stupid and so rude, she screamed at me so I asked to speak to a manager, I spoke to Tamara and she was just as bad, she raised her voice and was also RUDE!!!! They didn't help me at ALL!!! They were awful!!! They lost a customer for life!!! Do not buy from them!!!! They are crooks!!! They treat customers like trash and they lie!!!! It says Committed to total customer satisfaction, that is another LIE!!!!!

Easy and pleasant transaction

"I ordered my daughter-in-law the exact same thing her husband ordered her for her birthday. I had it sent to their home, so it was imperative I cancelled my order. I had intended it just to be a little rembrance while it was the major gift from my son. Luckily i got in touch with Donna. And she handled my predicament admirably. The disaster was averted and i retain my good mother-in-law standing. Thank you so much, Donna!"
