Will never order again!

"Ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift. Arrived on time, however was AWFUL quality and so cheap looking with felt lettering that was peeling off. Also arrived terribly wrinkled as it was rolled into a ball and shipped in a soft envelope. Was embarrassed to even gift this item so decided to return. Took $6 off my refund for return label to ship back this tiny shirt (and in my own packaging!) Will never order again."

I Got Jacked

"I purchased a 3pc BBQ set from fans edge to send a Christmas present to my brother in law who is a Marine deployed to Afghanistan. When I got the package it was missing 1 of the 3 items. I sent it anyways so that he may have something for Christmas. I figured I will deal w/ the problem. Little did I know that this company would be another of those that just doesn't care about customer service. I wrote a complaint to fans edge & their response was to return the product for a refund. How freakin jackwagons? It is on the other side of the stinking planet! Now I am trying to write their president a letter. Their customer service is refusing to give me the individuals name & address. I hope no one else falls for this company's scam. I will have to take more drastic steps to get my order filled or my money back if this company doesn't step up & at least try to do the right thing. Needless to say, I won't be doing business w/ this company & I hope if anyone else does that they get their product or better customer service."

Worst company

"Ordered two jerseys December 14th thinking they would arrive for Christmas. I called to verify and was told that they would ship after. I was okay with that, considering I have tried another website (Fanatics) and they were the same. Now, January 2, I am getting an email stating they could not fulfill my order. Why, you ask? Well the customer service manager couldn't answer that either. How could you not know that both items would be sold out? Especially 18 days out! They then proceed to be SO generous and give me a $10 credit for my inconvenience. I obviously told them to take the $10 credit because I will not be ordering from them again. Oh, and just so you know....Fanatics is their "sister" site! Do not order from them either!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

"I ordered a sweatshirt my son picked out for Christmas from this place. $75 plus shipping for a sweatshirt that arrived with the tag that has the brand, washing instructions and materials used hacked off and not even neatly. No indication whatsoever of the size which seemed much larger than the men's medium I ordered. This honestly feels and looks like a cheap sweatshirt from a discount store yet even those have tags and labels. I received it three days before Christmas after waiting almost two weeks. The package didnt even include a packing slip. I called to complain about the condition and after waiting 30 minutes for someone was told I would get a call back from a supervisor within 2 days. A week later I got an email telling me that they wouldn't exchange the sweatshirt or credit my account and if I sent it back they would give it to charity. Wish I thought to look up reviews before ordering a cheap knockoff sweatshirt they're passing off as a brand label, quality sweatshirt. This place is as shady as they come, stay away!!!"

Sweatshirt labeled MEN'S LARGE but NOT a Large!! STAY AWAY

"Wow, I wish I'd looked at this site before I ordered a CU Buffs sweatshirt for Christmas present for my husband. The sweatshirt is labeled Men's L, as ordered, but sized much smaller. It doesn't fit him, but the thing is, based on these reviews of this lousy company, I will not risk returning it and it 'getting lost in the mail.' (Our daughters will wear it.)

This company is corrupt. I also say that because I can't even process a return. When I enter my email address and order number on FansEdge, it states it doesn't recognize the email address, even though the receipt w/ order # from them is right there in my Inbox! BEWARE!

Worst company ever

"I ordered a sweatshirt for my hubby on Dec 16th, with free two day shipping. It is Dec 26, and still no sweatshirt. But guess what I do get every day from them? Spam emails by the droves. Apparently they are good at one thing--junk emails. And good luck trying to find a customer service phone number on their web site. I will not order from this company again. "

"I ordered a shirt over a week and a half for Christmas and was promised it would be here by that day. It did not make it. The family member i bought it for will be without a gift at Christmas and flys back home before the shirt arrives. Dont buy from here"

"TL;DR Don't. Just don't. That $5 you save isn't worth the headache of dealing with FansEdge.

I came across FansEdge when when I was scouring the internet for a reasonable discount on NFL team apparel for my hubby for Christmas. He's a Raiders fan and since their finally doing pretty decent this year, I figured he deserved an something a little more updated and a little less Super Bowl 2002.
On December 8th, I came across FansEdge and saw their screaming good deals. I searched reviews on the company AND I STILL ORDERED FROM THEM. Gosh darn it. I know better. I'm a sucker for a good deal, but I forgot to remind myself THAT ITS NOT A GOOD DEAL TO PAY $48 FOR MERCHANDISE YOU'll NEVER RECEIVE.
I made the initial order on December 8th. By the 10th I received a tracking number, and the FansEdge website stated the package shipped on December 12th. Alright alright alright, we're in business! **** it, bad reviews! But I was wrong, and I'm sorry. The tracking information never updated from "received data". I made 3 phone calls, one chat, and one call to the shipping carrier. During the first two calls and the chat, the customer service reps said my package shipped and that the shipping company takes 5-7 business days to sort the package, before the 5-7 day transit time. That sounds wrong to me, because you know, I've used the post office before, so I called the carrier and they verified they hadn't received my package and that the sorting and shipping information was, in fact, incorrect. I called back today, December 23rd, and they finally admitted my package was lost and offered a reship or refund. I asked how long for the reship (WHY, ME, WHY?!) and they said that one of the items was out of stock, which is why it didn't ship. Wut... I have a tracking number for a package that never actually left your facility, because it was never actually boxed, because the items were out of stock and so I had to make multiple phone calls to get a refund you should have issued me immediately? I just can't even with these guys. I requested the refund. I'm taking my $48 someplace else.

On a side note, before I ordered from a different website, I showed my husband the Red Wings Camo Ambush Bucket Hat and told him that's what I had ordered, and he said he liked it. It had been a joke, but now its not funny and now I think I need a Post-Nup that specifically states no bucket hats. FansEdge, always f'ing things up.

Beware of their live chat

"Also... if you have to use their live chat, pray to god that you don't get stuck with Nitasha M. She is rude and unprofessional. She told me it would take 2-4 minutes to pull up my account. 10 minutes later she still hadn't returned. When I complained to her about the ridicously waiting time, she hung up on me. Don't buy anything from this company. They sent me the wrong order twice and then refused to do anything to correct the situation. They simply cancelled the order and refunded my money. They left me holding the bag despite the fact that it was their mistake. On top of that they told me it was my responsibility to find the materials to send back the wrong merchandise and I had two weeks to send it back to them without being charged again. Worst customer service ever."

Thanks for Ruining Christmas

"I always try to order Christmas presents early to assure that they will arrive by the big day. Being a big sports family, I typically order jerseys. After having a bad experience with Fanatics, I decided to try FansEdge. A week went by and I did not receive any information or even a confirmation email. I decided to contact the company through email, phone, and even the live chat. I never got through on the phone, the email took forever to reply to, and I had to wait 40 minutes to finally get into contact with someone through the live chat. All they told me was that my email was wrong (I have one email) and my shipping/billing address is not in the system. I've requested an order cancellation, I'm glad I paid by paypal in case FansEdge continues being unreliable and does not return my money. Oh yes, they will take money out of your account before they even confirm the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

Don't order from this place!

"I ordered a jersey on November 29, 2016. I got a shipping confirmation a few days later. On Dec. 17 I got an email stating that my return had been processed and I would be getting a refund. I never received the product, therefore could not have returned it. I have a feeling I won't be seeing a refund on my credit card statement either. No way to contact them. Emailed, got an auto reply. No phone number.
Update: emailing them finally worked. They didn't have an answer for why I didn't receive my order or how it was returned, but they did ship me a new one. I haven't received it yet, but hoping it arrives this time. I was frustrated that there wasn't a working phone number to actually speak with someone, but glad that emailing them actually worked.
Still seems sketchy.

WORST COMPANY EVER

"Most companies wait to charge you until the items ship. Not Fans Edge. They charge you right away. And then on top of that they don't hold to their ship dates. But why should they? They already have your money after all. I ordered an item on 11/29, thinking I was being proactive for Christmas shopping. It was a special event item and said it would ship no later then 12/15. I received an email on12/12 saying the item will now ship by 1/5/17. Not only is that after Christmas, but it's days after the special event. Why do they think I would still want this item???? I called to get a better explanation and was greeted by a rude customer service representative. The blame was shifted to the manufacturer. I will never shop here again. "

Terrible Company!

" Absolutely terrible customer service and product! Please do not bother wasting your time ever ordering from here. They will mess up your order and you will be the one paying the consequences. I ordered an item they shipped me the wrong item when I received it and contacted them they told me they no longer had available and I would have to go out of my way to ship the item I never ordered back to them and it would take them over two weeks to refund me my money. Money that never should have been taken out of my account since I never received what I paid for. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Never ordering from them again! Have received several things from them in the past and was disappointed, I should have learned my lesson. The items I did receive were wrinkled and had a factory smell to them. Please do not waste your time, absolutely terrible terrible company! "

OMG..... run as fast as you can!,,,

"I am too upset right now to go into my problem in detail but this is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I spent over 1.5 hours of phone time for a problem that could have seen solved in the first 5 minute call.Instead I had to talk to a total of 5 people including a supervisor and basically got a disingenuous" I'm sorry". Wow. I would suggest Fanatics site and I really wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered from FansEdge....my bad."
