"They shipped the wrong item. Are offering me very very little to help me return there mistake"
"I should have read all the reviews before I ordered. Big mistake not read review before I ordered. The shopping experience was horrible bad. I ordered an adult S for my son as a Christmas but got little boy Small size. Here are some points I would like to share. If you want to order from this company just be aware.
1. Although the website showed standard shipping 3-7 business day, when I checked status it showed delivery date in January even I ordered far before Christmas. I called and asked, then they changed the shipping method.
2. The package was wrapped in a bad black plastic wrap, looked like trash. I haven’t seen this kind of shipping package before.
3. I ordered Adult Small, but it came a little boy Small size. I was totally shocked when I opened. So disappoint.
For the price they charged, they should do a much better job than this. So I would recommend to go to other sports stores. Not to order from this company.

"Ordered a purchase for 75 bucks on decembef 6th, it said it would ship on or before dec 10, order says it is "pending" whatever that crap means, it is december 14 and still no "confirmation email" saying it has even shipped. I got paranoid and am convinced it is not even going to come, and if it is well after christmas, so i ordered the same purchase off of amazon, a trusty website. Fansedge is garbabe and livechat doesnt even lead to any chat, button didn't even work. Like everyone else should have read the reviews and really **** off....wish i could give zero rating"

"I ordered a custom shirt on sat/nov 24th. I needed it by the following Saturday (12/1). I was told it would take up to 4 days to ship and that if I paid to have it overnighted, I could get it in time. I talked to them on Tuesday because I couldn’t even locate my order. After appx 10 mins they finally found it. Granted I logged on as a guest but it shouldn’t matter. They assured me it would be shipped on Thursday. I paid extra to have them overnight it. On Thursday night I saw the order was still pending. The supervisor (kelly) told me there was nothing they could do since it was a custom order they cannot cancel it nor can I return it. They said it's their written policy. I inquired that I had an email from 11/24 that specifically states that it would be shipped within 4 business days. isn’t that a contractual agreement? kelly again said there was nothing she could do accept inquire with the wharehouse and that will take 3-5 business days to find out. 3-5 business days to talk to your own wharehouse? In 2018, it should be 3-5 minutes. This shirt was going to be worn on a one time basis so it's basiclly useless, since I now see it was shipped Friday with an arrival date of Monday. Avoid this website at all cost. They do NOT honor what they promise. I will tell you what they are great at though. Sending multiple emails a day about some special they are having"
"I order a jersey Nov. 5. I called today , Nov 20 and they haven't shipped my order yet. She had an attitude and only offered to shipped today with a waiting period of another 10 business days. I just asked for a refund instead and she placed me on hold for more than 15 min. I was planning to buy my kids attire from this company, but never again will I do business with them. HORRIBLE SERVICE! "
"Made an order 2 1/2 weeks before a birthday of a shirt. They took 4 days to even ship. The it arrived after the birthday! When I tried to get resolution they refunded the shipping charge but would do nothing to rectify the extra it cost me to get another present. They had a chance to make it right and earn a customer and failed. Will never support this business again. I should have read the reviews first. "
"I purchased two items as gifts. One of the items was personalized so added time in past the projected date to allow for a delay. The product shipped 5 days prior to what was projected and thanks to this wonderful Fed Ex and postal shipping method there was 12 day shipping time. This is unacceptable. "
"I bought a patriots coat for Christmas turns out it’s to small ,, there’s no costumer service number unless you search for it ,, anyways called asked them if I could exchange they told me no cause it’s out of the 30 day return policy but they would have that store contact me ,, that store never did contact me ,,, n note on there website everywhere it says 365 day return ,, in small letters or if you look farther into it I guess somewhere it says 3rd party clothing has 30 day return ,, I didn’t no I was purchasing from a third party I thought I was purchasing from fans edge anyway the costumer service person I spoke to was rude n not helpful whatsoever ever I have 3 boys n nephews I buy a lot of sports stuff I will never purchase from here again n I’ll tell family n freinds not to trust this store ,, that’s ridiculous! "I placed an order on 2/27 I called to check and see what was going on since I hadnt received a conformation email only to be told I hadn’t placed an order. Very frustrating. Two days after 3/1 I got a conformation email for the order and a shipping email saying it was shipped. When I had originally ordered it said guaranteed shipping by 3/2 which left me hesitant on delivery with it being shipped from Florida and being delivered to Oregon. Well it happened. It was delivered on 3/2. Awesome fast shipping as promised even with the rocky start I would highly recommend. Thanks Fans Edge!

"Purchased a hockey jersey and apon receiving I realized it was to big, I then imedently packed it back up receipt and all and used the return label to send back. There are no exchanges so I was waiting on a refund then I would purchase a smaller size. After a week plus of waiting I recieved an email saying the item can not be returned due to it being outside the return policy either being damaged or worn. It was in perfect condition tags still attached and all, had it out of the box for maybe 30 seconds. Apon contacting asking about the situation I was told they didn't know the exact reason it was denied but the jersey would be donated and I would not receive my money nor the jersey back. $100 down the drain. Thanks fans edge for the awful customer service and you're welcome for my $100. I will never be using this scam of a site again and will be sure to let that be known to anyone who asks about sports apearal. I hope the worst for this so called company "

"I called the company to return a gift and and replace it with a different shirt. We were supposed to receive a gift credit instead they credited the person's credit card who gave us the gift. Of course I will not go to that person to ask them for the replacement.....worst service ever never will buy from this company ever!!!!!!!!!"
