I was not satisfied. on top of that installed a computer antivirus program for a much higher price than I can purchase at the local store. so much for having faith in a company that told me several different stories. plus waiting time on phone always lenthy."
"This has REALLY been a "roller coaster" ride for sure. I was working on my computer when, for lack of a better term, it went haywire. I COMPLETELY lost my temper and when a 70 year old man loses it, it's not a pretty thing. I simply went to "google" and said my outlook express needs to be fixed. Fastfix123 was at the top of the hit list. I called and talked to, I think, Keven Penza. He told me I needed to do 2 things. #1 was a 1 time removal and #2 was a full system tune up. He wasn't pushy and very helpful. He got into my computer and actually saw the turmoil first hand. He said you have something VERY bad. He pointed out that a few problems were normal, but that my computer had over 1000!!! He also said it would take about 10 hours to repair it. Well, it took closer to 48 than 10. However, your technicians were relentless in fixing my computer. It is working great UNTIL this afternoon when my wife went to print something and there was no printer installed. I tried to install it but kept getting a "spooling" error #1068. I picked up the phone and called again and got a tech named Travious. He was another GREAT tech to work with. I found your page on Facebook and liked it. The other techs that I remember well are Jason, Justin, and Todd. Now I know htere were others and I didn't get all the names, but Fasfix123 should be VERY proud of their staff. I know that without them I would be a raging lunitic. Thanks everyone for all of your help.....

I spoke with Brandon this time; he was very knowledgeable of my problem, patiently stepped me thru procedures and eventually got the computor working again. I highly recommend him; hopefully I won't have any more problems but if I do I will surely ask for his assistance again."
