"On blind faith, I began a working computer fixit "relationship", so to say. Which is like a cold call blind date with some one from another country.
SCARY!!!! I think I do feel quite a bit better now. Though "through the years, of what I understand I AM covered, I will feel better and better!". Jamie is the last Technician 3 I just spoke with. Personality, made me laugh and feel at ease, like, this thing may finally work! It has not been fast. But after reading, talking with your techs, and my background knowledge, I think I can see why in my case it was not FAST. If if were it would not have been done, what seems to be, correctly. As I moved up the expertise line of techs, all were pleasant, cordial, some talkative more than others, depended on the time of day and hours of work on "MY" computer...I imagine, for a while, they said, oh it's her again! Only one time did I feel my ears get hot and did I feel like the tech was talking down to me. I will leave the complaint at that. He may have had a bad day. But I am a nurse, and to your patient, you cannot have had a "bad" day. People, being more important than computers of course. OK...any way no one is forcing me to write a review. I am sorry I do not have a order number or date. so I hope this is not for naught. I am impressed with your expertise. I had one other company "say they FIXED AND CLEANED IT" ....did not do it....so my history of concern. If Facebook, Pogo, and the rest of things work, esp. our beloved JAVA (:-( works we will be happy ~~~! Thank You, Rebecca Stewart"

She had found the problem that took almost 2 weeks to fix. My PC was dropping wireless connection when I was trying to print a page or multiple pages.

"FAST FIX WORKED ON MY COMPUTER FOR APPROX 24 HRS. IT WAS SUGGESTED TO USE THEM AFTER ISSUES WERE DISCOVERED OF WHICH I WAS UNAWARE AS I WAS HAVING ONLY A MINOR INTERNET ISSUE ACCESSING MY ROUTER WEBSITE. AFTER FAST FIX WORKED ON MY SYSTEM AND ALSO INSTALLED WEBROOT. I HAD MORE THAN SEVERAL ISSUES, INTERNET WEB BROWSER ISSUES, GAMES GRAPHICS CHANGES AND REMOVAL OF PRIOR BACK-UPS OFF MY SYSTEM RESTORE. ALSO GETTING 3 MISSING .dll ERROR FILES SHOWING UP. THEY TRIED TO CONTACT ME DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS WHEN I AM AT WORK. I CALLED BACK AND THEY ONLY RESOLVED 1 .dll ISSUE, I WAS TOLD " THE OTHERS ARE NOT A PROBLEM, THEY ARE FROM PROGRAMS WE REMOVED AND ARE NOT A PROBLEM. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THEM. I CONTINUED TO HAVE INTERNET BROWSER ISSUES BUT COULD NOT ACCESS THE WEB ROOT CONSOLE AS THEY ONLY CONTROLLED WHAT I ALLOW AND DO NOT ALLOW ON MY COMPUTER THROUGH THE WEB. I HAD TO CALL THE GOOD FOLKS AT WEBROOT TO HAVE IT REMOVED FROM MY SYSTEM AS I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. IT DID NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUES. FAST FIX ALSO TRIED TO CONTACT ME A 2ND TIME DURING BUSINESS HOURS AFTER FILLING A SURVEY OF MY UNHAPPINESS WITH THEIR SERVICE. I TOLD THEM I WOULD LIKE THE ISSUE REPAIRED & MY SYSTEM RESTORED AND THAT WHAT THEY HAD DONE WASN'T WORTH THE $250 THEY CHARGED ME AND I DESERVED A REFUND. THEY CHOSE TO ISSUE A REFUND W/O CONTACTING ME OR TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. AFTER HAVING WEBROOT REMOVED AND DISCOVERING THAT IT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM I CALLED FAST FIX FOR HELP WITH THEIR SO CALLED REPAIRS AND CHANGES. THEY NOT ONLY BASICALLY SAID TOUGH LUCK BECAUSE WE REFUNDED YOUR MONEY BUT ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME WHILE I WAS DISCUSSING WHAT I FELT WOULD BE A SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUES THEY CAUSED ON MY SYSTEM. JUST RESTORE MY SYSTEM TO PREVIOUS POINT AS I COULD NOT BECAUSE THEY HAD REMOVED MY PREVIOUS RESTORE POINTS. WHEN THE COMPANY I WORK FOR HAS A CUSTOMER ISSUE WE FOLLOW THROUGH TILL THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED WHETHER OR NOT THEY RECIEVE A REFUND OR NOT. MY SUGGESTION, IF YOU HAVE COMPUTER PROBLEMS- LOOK FURTHER THAN FAST FIX. RICH GERMANN"

With confident determination and ultimate patience with me (I'm an elder), he cured my computer of what ailed it in no time at all!! For the first time in 4 weeks of talking non stop with Dell, Microsoft, Norton, et al to address the problem, Simon diagnosed it within a half hour. Give this man a raise!"

"Technician Cahlin D - This has been the finest experience for me. I live in a remote area, 100 miles from any Microsoft contract i.e. Staples, Best Buy, Office Max. The first tech, Miles, was professional and informative of my apprehension of this technology. Tiffany was helpful at approx. 3 A.M. when again I was unsure. Now Cahlin finished the agreement and the service provided was well worth it all. I want to tell everyone I know! I would like to introduce you to both my nephew who works for a company who builds websites in K.C. MO and my niece in California who markets for a company that sells server storage units or something of the sorts. I am a LOT old school, but this was painless. Thank-you. "You did a good job when you were available. Was very frustrated when no tech was available for over 24 hours (thats what the computer was saying, transfering to other tech's). Was promised my computer would be fixed in 24 hours. started on Thursday night at around 10:45PM and finally was fixed on Saturday morning at 10:AM and only when I was able to call in. The waiting time was horrendous on the phone, even tryed calling in at 3:00AM and still got a wait time of over 10 minutes, which you didn't know if it was going to be an hour or longer (I tryed many times when the wait time was 10 minutes and was on hold longer than 15 minutes and had to hang up."

Jason Lund performed an exemplary job! He was the first tech of 10 that actually performed the job asked to be done, and stayed with it until he was satisfied, and I am very satisfied with the outcome of Jason's work.
Cory Christian sold me the services, and tried to stay on top of my case. Unfortunately the process took 58 hours to complete when 24 was promised as a maximum amount of time.
