"Cahlin D Was a great help to me today! FastFix 123 had replaced my MS Office with a replacement which took care of one problem, but I then had a printing problem. I had called Cannon to find out what was wrong and they told me there were numereous errors, for which they wanted to charge me $70 to fix it. I said thanks but no thanks and went back to FF123.
After connecting with Cahlin, it took him about 10 min. to determine what was wrong and actually, there wasn't anything wrong, just a matter of knowing which key to click.
I have been with FF123 for about 6 months now, and just want to say, I don't belive I have ever had such good profesional help for such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for all your computer needs. "

"While I found one of the techs (Trevor B) to be very helpful and very nice the reason that I even called fast fix was that I got a pop up saying I may have a virus and listed the number for fast fix the person I spoke to told me that the process number in the task manager was WAY to high and micro soft said the number should not be higher than 30 mine was 60 on one computer and 70 on another, come to find out after I spent 400$ to get both computers fixed both of those numbers are normal, so at this point I am not even sure there was any problem to begin with, buyer beware of what a sales person may tell you ask to speak to a tech to get the real story...now I wonder if I spent money that I didn't need to and if anything in fact was wrong to start with. TALK DIRECTLY TO A TECH NOT A SALES PERSON....Would like to say a special thank you to Trevor B who helped me get the real scoop very smart man and bit Kudos to him he is a Tech and very very helpful in helping me to understand what happened Thank you very much Trevor"

"Brandon M. Agent #15 just liberated us from our tech problems and I am very relieved. We had deepseated problems probably caused by malware and hacker activity. It was a nightmare for a month but Fastfix 123 really persisted and Brandon M. really showcased that persistence and quality customer service. Just when I thought the problems would never go away...they did! My own Telcom supplier is so utterly hopeless in comparison.

Brandon, Your assistance was appreciated. Had I spoke with you with my initial phone call regarding my microsoft account, I could have saved the $550 of the initial phone call. I felt I was charged $350 for clean-up & $200 for Webroot when I just wanted to understand why I kept receiving text messages e-mails on my phone that something unusual about my recent sign-in. I felt my privacy was being invaded.
I did not appreciated from my first phone call this week that I had to pay out unexpected money for use of the services. When I asked the first agent if he had already charged my card the amount of $200, he said, Yes. I had not given him permission to do so. The caller fills vulnerable when assumption is made to make cc charges without authorization.
Instead it cost me dearly to find out that the issue was with Microsoft notifications. Your patience with me is gratifying. You talked me through each step in order to resolve this outstanding issues. Thank you for your time.
