"I am calling since last few days to get my parcel.
Issue No 1: you are not able to deliver to my home address which is just 2 kms away from the original address and not able to change it?
Issue 2: not allowing me to pick up (understandable due to lockdown)
issue 3: we agreed that the driver will call me 10-15 minutes before delivering the parcel. but since last 3 days I calling fedex and repeating same thing and getting same answer from different agetn but delivery being attemped to old address and no one calling me.
I still do not have my parcel and such a waste of time.
I have called 20+ times and still I have not got my parcel. this is really frustrating to waste my time and your service is so poor to handle this minor issue which is very bigger problem for me."
"I've been waiting for my new Galaxy Watch4 from Samsung shipped via FedEx. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago, but FedEx tracking keeps changing delivery date around 4 pm 5 days in a row. I am wasting my time to wait for the package almost a week.
Moreover, FedEx lies to customer. Delivery guy didn't show up on Saturday, but tracking said that business closed while store opens until 8 pm.
Today is the 5th day I've been waiting. I called customer support dept. at 11 am, and representative guaranteed that it will be delivered today. Around 4 pm, FedEX texted me that Operational Delay, scheduled for next business day.
I know we are in pandemic, but UPS doesn't postpone delivery more than 2 days.
Unbelievable and horrible FedEx shipping service.

"I would give negative stars if I can. They don’t care about their customers at all. They have lost my packages uncountable times. Last time, they delivered my package to an none-exist address and signed by a completely different receiver. I have contacted they almost two months now, no body wants to help. I was told multiple times that they still had my package in their facility and they would deliver my package right after, they never did. When I called back to ask what’s going on, they told me they don’t have the package anymore! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s exhausting to do business with them. "I had two packages that was suppose to have been delivered on July 23,2021. My app even said it was delivered...but the driver backed into my yard and told my son that he lost my packages. Here is the kicker...my app showed 15:35 they were delivered, but driver didn't back into our yard till 16:45!!!! I called the customer service immediately and told the lady what was going on just to be told she didn't have the number for Waycross FedEx ground service! I drove over to the facility and spoke to two people to be told by the manager the driver was retracing his steps and would bring me my package. Well, he never showed up, so I guess I will have to make another trip to the facility to see if he actually did find my packages. Just wondering how you can lose a package that was scanned over an hour before coming to my house showing it was delivered?!!!"
"Anytime I order from a vendor that uses FedEx.... My packages are always late... Like 4 or 5 days late.... And I will NEVER order from a company if I know they use FEDEX to deliver.... Fedex ****"
"Bot new container, shipped to Texas via UPS, no problem, shipped back via FedEx, lost shipment for 3 weeks, delivered with wheels ripped off then denied claim saying External wheels were considered concealed and they do not have to cover that. No easy way to appeal and you can sit on hold for hours trying to get a hold of someone. Lots of issues with them, but that will be last as we are moving to UPS."
"I sent a package to Lagos on June 17 for a delivery date of June 25. Issue started with trying to track package, took 3days only to notice item was still in US. It then went to UK and finally, Lagos. This is where problem started. Could not see tracking and delivery never arrived. As this was a weekend, had to wait till June 28. When my sister had not received package by 2pm her time, got her to call FedEx Redstar Express plc, the partner company in Nigeria. They noted was awaiting customs clearing. This is a lie as courier items are not checked individually. Levied a charge of N28,075 for personal items of value $60CAD or equivalent to N33,454. I went back and forth with FedEx Canada and FedEx Red Star for further 2wks and had to contact their executives also via email having gotten names from their website. This, was when I got progress with the matter. Avoid FedEx like the plague, they are useless and their Nigerian representatives FedEx Red Star Express plc are nothing but thieves."
"Beware! Fed Ex has used the pandemic to become a dishonest company. They will charge a rate for 2nd day air but your package probably will not make it on time because it's a gamble. If you spend more money to pay overnight then this doesn't apply.. They say it's on page 165 of their online policy. So if you don't have a computer to check their policy then they're just taking your money. Terrible customer service on top of it!

"I was told my package would be delivered on Tuesday , then got a notification it was being delayed due to bad weather. There was no bad weather. I had the same thing happen the next day. I called yesterday , and they told me that it takes 10 days to deliver a package . So it takes 10 days to deliver a package that is 45 minutes from my house ? This company really needs to reevaluate ! "
"THE WORST shipping service bar none. Only two examples, but I have many, many more: 1) Ordered a $1,000 chair from Steelcase. Had an expected delivery date. It SAT IN A FEDEX FACILITY 45 MINUTES AWAY FOR 10 DAYS. Each day, FedEx would update the tracking information to tell me it would be delivered that date. Nope. It took two cases to be opened to finally make the chair move. 10 days. Sat in their facility. 10 days. Not moving. 2 cases had to be opened. 2) They delivered my package to the wrong address. On their "Your package has been delivered" update page, it even showed the address where they delivered the package. Not my address, although the page showed that it should have been delivered to my address. That's not the "funny" part. The funny part is that they didn't even deliver it to THAT wrong address, they delivered it to a third address. Meanwhile, FedEx called me the next morning and said they couldn't retrieve the package the day before, would try again that day then call me that evening with an update. That was Friday morning. They did not call me Friday evening. They did not call me Saturday. They did not call me Sunday. Monday mid-day I called them and was told "someone will call you ASAP." No one called me Monday. No one called me Tuesday. No one called me Wednesday. I called them and their robot told me my case had been closed. After finally getting through to a human, she told me they couldn't find the package and I had to contact the shipper who would open a case. I asked why FedEx wasn't contacting them and was told I would have to do that. I asked why no one had called me back like I was told twice would happen. No answer. Finally, she said FedEx would contact the shipper and then pretended that's what she had originally said. The "funny" part: The third address where the package was ACTUALLY delivered had a nice owner who delivered the package for FedEx to me personally."
"We are a British company, Antongrove LTD, wholesalers of solar eclipse glasses and shipped our product from Dubai to Santiago, Chile last November. Not only was our product delivered 5 full days later than offered there were 2 boxes of our products missing, which have never been recovered. I am still processing a complaint against them and surprise, surprise they have yet to respond."
