"I ordered a replacement steam canister in late February. I had it sent expedited 2-day shipping because our steam humidifier was down and I wanted to get it back up and running. The shipment got stuck in Memphis due to weather. That was no fault of Filters Fast. I called customer service and asked that the shipping be refunded. The person I spoke with made that happen and the shipment arrived about a week later. I installed the part and all was good. About a week later, a duplicate shipment arrived. I checked my debit card and had not paid for the second part. I called customer service to let them know I had the part and had not paid for it. The customer service person could not find the second order in their system and spoke to me as if I had not received it. I gave them the order number, she looked it up and commented, "That's why I couldn't find it, that is a management order". I offered to pay for the part if they would pay the shipping. I would need another one in about a year anyway. This made sense to me since I had not placed the order. The CS person told me someone would call or email to resolve the issue. The next correspondence was an email with a return label to send the part back, and then another email saying the same thing. I guess I'll send it back but it makes no sense to me why they would want to pay the shipping again when I offered to pay for the part. I'll get the next one I need from another company."
