When I followed up with a phone call the representative was very helpful and gave me details about my order. I was told it would be shipped that day and arrive the following Thursday. I got the order the next day. Very pleased. "

"Well, I think the stainless parts etc. for my Traeger look great and really appealed to me to go ahead and rebuild my Lil Tex Elite.
I ordered an upgraded digital thermostat, stainless drip pan, stainless fire pot, grease bucket, grill grate, hot rod, and heat diffuser.
Nothing shows inventory online so then I get an email that over half of the items are back ordered. They went ahead and shipped what they had, I cancelled the rest. My intent was to have all my parts and rebuild it in an hour or less. Not have parts roll in piecemeal and replace as they have them available.
Very disappointed with the inventory levels and service results that leads to. So now I have parts coming that I have to just set aside until I can place an order that can be filled 100% for the balance of the parts.
The customer service person I spoke to was very friendly and they did answer quickly and he canceled the back ordered items without hesitation.
If there were comparable items or other places to shop, I would walk from them completely but they sort of have me for their products so I will reluctantly be back.
