"Absolute worst online customer service I have ever experienced. These guys (i) lied to me about the product they would deliver, (ii) only made good on it when they realized that I was able to block payment by AMEX, and (iii) after being forced to deliver the correct product, they reported me to a collection agency EVEN THOUGH I PAID IN FULL THROUGH AMEX.
They acknowledge that I do not owe them a penny but still they will not stop the collection agency from calling me every day.
You will regret it if you buy anything from them."

"I ordered a SuperSport, Fast Track, PF and Breeze LTL Without Liftgate shipping expecting to receive a treadmill with a cardiac link to facilitate the effectiveness of the workout. I received a unit that did not have the cardiac kit nor other features indicated on the advertisement. There was no information to explain the change nor sufficient documentation on how to use the unit.
I have been working with their customer service department to correct the situation. To this point, I have received a box of parts with no instructions on how to install; no documentation on the use of the unit; and no definition on when the cardiac kit will be shipped. I have repeatedly asked for help, called for service, and have not received timely replies. On my phone calls, I have left messages for Augustine Pizano and have not received any of the calls back.
I cannot recommend this company based on the poor service after the sale. I am interested in returning the unit, but dread having to put this machine back in the box. And, I have no confidence that I will receive my refund without an issue.

"AWFUL....Ordered a piece of equipment from this so called "vendor" at the end of December...needless to say it's now early February and I still have not even recieved a tracking #. Following my order, they promptly charged my CC for the full amount of the purchase (approx. $2500) Every time I contacted "customer service" I was told "2 more days"...multiple emails and calls later, I decided to cancel my order and now have to "dispute" the charges with the CC company. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place is not what it's cracked up to be, spend the extra $100 and save yourself a bunch of headaches"
"I had received my order two weeks late, but it was the wrong machine... I have two 6 feet and a half boxes in the middle of my living room and my kitchen for 10 days now, I can't barely walk through. In costumer service at Fitness blowout, they are trying to help me, I think, but it is not as fast as this things should be handle. I have the impression nobody is taking me seriously and not really willing to fix my problem and pick up the boxes.
I do not know how this is going to end, but I just hope it will end soon..."

On 11/28/2008 (Black Friday), I ordered a CardioZone CG3HR Elliptical from Matt at FitnessBlowout.
On 12/23/2008 (while out of town), I received a call from Matt, informing me that this Elliptical was not longer available and that I would need to choose another.
Upon returning home on 12/30/2008, I tried to reach Matt by phone to discuss my order - no response to my message. The next day, I called their customer service department, was told that Matt was with another customer and would get back with me later that day. After the third call to the customer service rep, he left me "on hold" until Matt was available to take my call. Matt did recommend another elliptical - FreeMotion fs6. I told him that he needed to credit my credit card for complete amount of the original order before I would place an order for the second. He said that was fine, that he had to speak with "Joanne" (billing dept?), that he would send me a confirmation email, and that the FreeMotion fs6 would arrive within 7-10 days.
I heard nothing further from Matt, no email, no phone call, and my CC was not credited so on 01/06/2009 (again after several calls to him and to customer service), I reached Matt and asked about the status of our transaction. At that time, he emailed to me the invoice for the second elliptical and explained that my CC would be credited with the difference in price. I said that was not acceptable...I wanted the entire amount of the first transaction to be credited before charging the second. He claimed to have "misunderstood" and that Joanne would call me within the hour. I waited three hours....then I sent Matt an email demanding he credit my CC and not to charge my card for the second elliptical. No response. I then went to the FitnessBlowout website to email their customer service dept and billing dept...the email site didn't work!! The next day, I left a phone message for Joanne...no response. I also tried to fax a message to to the fax number on their website...the number rang and rang...the fax wouldn't go through.
On 01/08/2009, I was forced to place a "dispute" with my CC company for the charge from FitnessBlowout as they have yet to credit my account.
01/12/09 UPDATE: My account was credited and on 02/06/09, the general manager (Steve) called with a better price on the elliptical.

The sales people give false information to sell the equipment and once (if ever) you receive it, good luck getting any help with any problems. "We purchased a treadmill by Keys from Fitness Warehouse and it's been fantastic. I like it better than the treadmills at the gym.
We like it so much, in fact, and used it so often, that we managed to run down the motor. Fitness Warehouse could NOT have been better in getting out a technician, less than 24 hours after we called, and they went out of their way to make sure we got the new part we needed and had it installed as quickly as possible.
While the treadmill itself has been great (easy to use, comfortable, reliable--until we ran it down), even better has been our experience with Fitness Warehouse's approach to service. We've never experienced any delays, arguments, etc. in getting the machine serviced both for the motor and for regular maintenance. Everyone at FW has been easy to contact, very professional and personable to deal with."
