"I recently ordered a second screen for my daughters lg g2 phone from fixez.As with the first one the backing plastic was missing from the back of the screen/digitizer which tells me that they sent me a used item.I guess i was lucky the first time because i was able to get it to function.Unfortunately,the second did not fare as well.The connectors would not connect with the phone properly,so i ordered a new screen along with the dock connector assembly.The new screen had the proper plastic backing this time.Comparing the connectors of the 2 new screens showed that the first was thinner than the other,hence,in my opinion, the connection problems.Unfortunately,this second attemped fix resulted in the bricking of the phone.I ended up buying a new lg g2.So,i believe that if they sent me a proper screen in the first place i wouldnt have encountered all the resulting problems.Expensive lesson.I would NOT recommend fixez as a solution to malfunctioning phone."

It was a pure waste of $25 and the suggestion for my missing item was for me to repurchase at full price. All I wanted was to fix my screen. They would not accept responsibility but had already ordered new screen at my cost but offered to install for no cost. Three days later I noticed a crack and the screen only worked for three more days. I order a new screen and tool kit from Fixez followed their instruction video and today a month later my phone is still working great."
