"Omni Tech performed an outstanding service repairing all of the problems that existed with my pc. With the amount of time it took for the repairs, the low price was well worth it. After the repairs were performed and the antivirus programs were installed, Omni Tech was able to set up a payment plan that I can manage during these tough economic times. I have had the service for 2 weeks now, I know I have real time protection all of the time. I have never had an antivirus program that was this thorough and this easy to use. "OmniTech: there was a rush with the terms really and I got to read them after signing and the hidden fees are not good unless one had actually the savings and a direct transaction with such like I did. It is pending on if Fix Now is a renamed site connected to a global technical crew.

But I had confirmed my issues with it and was alright but I would not have gotten some support without just going through what I go through and not intentionally crashing my system trying to repair it or fix it over and over again.

It was good some of the support though a few technical colleagues situations or well the computer OS was worth the payment due to this reason. I figured the cost was overly priced because my issue I had to fix but they found separate issues. So I cannot complain there and well it was difficult for some.

It is to say my system is good to go but that was a question about much as so the report conversations are hard for me to remember.

Yes I worked to the point of contacting Microsoft. But 8.1 Pro WMC does not exist as strange as that sounds though my key was valid to the machine or the generic (issue fixed by me.) But it turns out without the development and the manual work... I would not be where I am at with the in and out of my pc.

So... As far as fix now is concerned... I think I had enough support with a one time fix. And not for me to lose my system... I diagnosed the whole thing and learned a lot. Well, with much at stake.

-_- remind me to change my SSN later. -- But well, as long as nothing happens afterwards and people do not send me a false transaction... that is fine with me. Fix now... there are many tech workers and departments but tech74 seemed to be really well as I talked to well to the main person I guess in charge who was well... though I do not know how my situations would help but surely my advice was well towards defending Microsoft rather than tearing down the company as some of my background history is unknown, I made some information based off of my own system easier. Giving the OEM information from each machine, there are tools I no longer have or rather one important tool that is now in safe hands.

I may not understand all that well the full situation but I think I explained myself clear or at least tried. There was a question about in the terms on re-imbursement if they did not fix the issue which was my main problem to begin with which was product key activation.

Still they tried though my key sort of was 8.1 WMC activated partial by a 8 9200 to 8 9600 to WMC = huh, and no update because I actually added features by mistake and upgraded. I had to manually put the matching keys in and a glitch occurred that said good to go and that was due to a lost SKU file.

It is like saying there is a glitch in the 8.1 but well, that only appears after a blank error message when a similar key is typed in. Personally for the re-imbursement I am not charging the help I got or even if it was Omnitech (yes I paid) also knowing that in the terms because they did not fix the issue and there could have been some hidden fee but indeed I spent $199.99 dollars so someone please donate and support me for a good cause. :(

They asked me if it was okay. And stressed out I had enough courage in me to say alright.

And as much as it is the ones who sold my information for money and made money off of my info. So I redirected them to Spokeo in hopes that whatever was made off of me that will count as a earning though a double edge sword towards theft of my picture and a tracker for information on the public...

In hope whatever was made off my records well, that is not to happen to anyone. As Microsoft will ask me questions later on... it is to say a close and the amount of times to recover was actually a need. Wow... someone actually understood what happened.

So, I just well, went along with it till some technical issues on the web with much of what dramatized me in the past is worked out. Each one was different in manner.

On the positive side I checked processes and such other things. Everything is good. (8.1 Pro with Media center = FINALLY!) :D

I wanted to thank murphy78. But well... certainly they will get on me for using the tools of the development sector or MDL which is My Digital Life Forums

Or another name for Microsoft Development Labs which some designers were in a lot of hot-water but I am not complaining.

I guess in my case it works out but I was not planning to have to use it though that was the only way. Still I paid, so I do not promote piracy or the hiding of the operating system RTM.

Where others went wrong was this... they actually stole the blueprint of the company. Others could not activate their windows cause every KMS was blocked with hidden patches that were with an incomplete system or given as a part, and others had confirmed key blocks with bad registries and lack of verification in the system to the point of file-licensing.

In other terms, I do not know who to trust more, that being a pirate, hacker, or technician, but it worked in the end.

Yes, I did own a copy of windows 8 legally and such it be that it was given to me by an actual instructor. So I do not know who though with what exactly happened during a windows 8 crisis but was offered as a student in the college. Anyway... thank you Omni.

^_^ Though folders were moved, the system is running better than it was before. I am unsure about some aspect of the tech work but I was able to log in as I was a host and not just admin of my pc. So it was strange and that is the cloud. :D

I contacted Microsoft but then got cut off so they said the lines were busy. Yes I did have to wait for music. Regular phone recommended and not cell. Of course I lasted through a good 6 hours that I hope I will not have to go through again with much. The key even confirmed invalid though the key was actually valid. -- (system modules I was told but yes the tokens were missing as figuring out the issues of licensing).

Yeah... I own my PC and credit is given where it goes or why it was there in the first place.

So I hope I guess in the mean time wondering about much liability on both sides client and administration.

"When I sent my 2-year renewal agreement back to Omnitech, the prompts that followed took me to Fixnow. The tech, David, checked my system. I don't know if this is required each time a contract is renewed. There was no charge for that service."

"Pricey (compared to the competition), but quite probably worth it in the long run. We've had absolutely no virus/malware/etc. problems since signing up. And perhaps more importantly, on a few occasions when a very strange "screw-up" -- involving Facebook and Windows live mail -- completely froze our computer, these folks fixed the issue, while I stayed on the phone line and watched their work on my screen. Pretty cool...we renewed for another year (at a discounted price!)"
