"Where to begin? I ordered a phone case (MS0257X) for the Samsung Galaxy S3 on October 11th, 2012 and I paid an additional $1.70 for tracking information on the shipment. Twenty-four hours after the order, I was sent a tracking number and website to track the package from. The number never worked and the website barely worked. I sent them an email questioning this and was told to wait 5-7 business days to track the package. I waited and, yet, it still didn't work. I emailed again. I was given a different website to track the package from and told to wait 5-7 business days. I waited, it still didn't work. After a few email exchanges I was given a different tracking number through a third tracking website. As I write this, 10 days later, it still does not work. I received an email last night saying the package did not pass a "strict security custom check" and had to be repackaged and reshipped due to, and I quote, "The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China". I am yet to see the charge on my bill, but have contacted my bank and they will flag anything that comes through as fraudulent. This is the worst website/company in the world. Never buy a product from them. It is not worth the cost because you will not get it."

"Paid for a Pipo M1 tablet 8/29/2012. I received a massage from focalprice saying that my package was shipped 10/5/2012 via China Mail with a tracking number. I searched that number on the tracking site for over two weeks and never found info for my package. I asked the seller for help locating it and they asked me to wait. I waited.Then I received another message from the seller stating that my package had been shipped 10/23/2012 via DHL. I have searched till now for my package on the DHL site and it cannot be located.I believe that my package was never shipped and the seller is stalling by sending me false shipment notices and empty tracking numbers. Filed a claim with paypal. I will never shop with this seller again.
I give the site negative 5 stars."
"Oh Please!! Zero Stars!! If anyone who reads the 4 or 5 star ratings looks at the grammar. Its quite laughable. I ordered an item from ithrough.com aka focalprice. Looking back I thought it odd that I was not allowed to print my order for my own records. It just went straight to paypal. When I didnt get an email about my order I went back to the website and checked the status. My order didnt exist. But when I checked paypal the payment was processed. I then used their customer support form. ( yet another website name support.com or some such, go figure ) Which they promised had 6 hour email responce times. Its been over 24 hours and no reply as yet. It has not even been 48 hours, but I am not even going to think about getting the run around here. I have started the dispute process with paypal for a refund. Its just too fishy, I kick myself in the butt for not checking them out first. Zero Stars!!"

Don't buy from here: I have been given fake tracking numbers, numerous excuses, and inconsistent stories. It's been 6 weeks and my order hasn't arrived. I got told it was despatched (and given a fake tracking number), only to be told one month later that they switched courier (and given a second fake tracking number). Despite the fact that my order hasn't actually left their building, they refuse to cancel my order and issue a refund. The standard response to each enquiry is "wait longer" and "Have a nice day"."

Now they refuse to send the merchandise unless I send them a scanned copy of my credit card. Sounds fishy to me, and I don't understand why the need a copy of my card to send merchandise but not to take the money. I still have not received either. Very unhappy customer. I will not be shopping here again and I will advise others to not shop here as well."
