"I ordered a Sigma lense online on a Sunday. By Wednesday, I had not revceived an e-mail confirmation. The order confirmation said most orders were shipped within that period, and to contact customer service if you had not received a confirmation. I sent an e-mail to cancel my order, and within 2 hours had an e-mail back stating that it had been shipped. It arrived Friday and was exactly what I wanted. I would have ordered a filter to go with it, but shipping was free on the lense, and they wanted over $5.00 to ship the filter, which would easily have fit int he same box. The price was excellent, and it did take less than a week to get exactly what I ordered, so overall, they are a good merchant."

"A very poor Customer Service experience.
I bought a set of Shure E4c-N headphones after very carefully reading the merchant's Returns Policy and establishing that this was NOT one of the products for which they don't accept returns.
Then, after receiving the Item, I found that I could not get it to fit me. When I called for an RMA, I was advised that they never take back headphones. When I pointed out that this was not disclosed, I was told that this was an oversight - but nevertheless - NO RETURNS. I asked if there were anyone else to talk to, and was told no.
This seems terribly improper. Why have a Returns Policy written out if a Customer can not rely on it?
