"I am thrilled with DigitalFotoClub. I ordered a $150 camera tripod. It came quickly. However, the shipping company had damaged it in transit.

I called the DigitalFotoClub and they sent the replacement tripod before I returned the broken one.

The people I spoke to on the phone were terrific - polite, knowledgeable and interested in me.

I have ordered from DigitalFotoClub several times and will happily do so again. I will recommend them to friends.

Lastly, their prices were the best I found, which is what attracted me to them in the first place.

With my several experiences with them, I trust them to meet my future needs, too.

"Eventually I did NOT buy from this store.
i was looking for Nikon N80 with 28-100 Nikkor lens, my friend sent me a link to Focus Camera.

CNET Certified Merchant logo is prominently displayed on all pages -- BUT it has not link to CNET Web site!
I searched CNET Shopping site for any references to Focuscamera -- could not find a single one!
Very suspicious...
I sent an email to webmaster and customer support.

Will be happy to update this report if their CNET Certified Merchant logo is not a fraud, but a legitimate one.

"I purchased the Konica-Minolta Dimage Z6 Digital Camera. Digital Foto Club had the cheapest price and shipping was free. I paid for the camera online on Monday afternoon and received it Friday morning (I sent it to my work address so I wouldn't miss the delivery. Even though I didn't pay for faster shipping, it arrived much faster than I expected.

I received very prompt email confirmation of my order at 1:28 pm and they sent my UPS tracking number three and a half hours later. The camera arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged. I cannot imagine how this process could have been any better. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with how easy and lightning fast I received it. I would definitely order from them again.

"i paid $17 to get 2 day shipping and rush processing on my order. it's been 2 days now and they still have not finished processing my order. rush my ass, i'll be surprised if i even receive the product at all.

if you do order from this company, don't get the fast shipping option. absolutely useless, and i'm very upset that i saved a penny or 2 to order from this store as opposed to somewhere else, because it was important for me to get the lens by tomorrow, not to save the most money in the process.

absolute waste of my time, and i feel that even if i get every bit of my money back that i paid for, they should be responsible for overnighting the lens from a reputable company, because now that's what i'll have to do and if i had not depended on them to do it i would not have to do that. of course, that will never happen, but i am very upset that when paying $20 EXTRA for RUSH PROCESSING it takes OVER 2 DAYS JUST TO PROCESS.

"Placed order online selected 3 day shipping option. Got a confirmation e-mail.Checked on Monday online order processing. Check on Tuesday Order processing, sent an e-mail about order.Tuesday mourning, no reply. Wednesday sent several more emails about order. Tried to call waited on hold 20 minutes 30 minutes 15 minutes.
Called sales line person answered, asked him about order was switched to customer service another 15 minutes I hung up. Sent a fax Wednesday mourning asking about order if they even had the book I ordered. No reply from anywhere with this company. Finally sent a fax and e-mail canceling order and went else-where. Within 30 minutes had e-mail order cancelled. So why could they not reply to e-mails about order processing? I would stay away from this one.

"I purchased a Nikon Sb600 flash from this store. There's issue with the flash that I received and asked for exchange. "I would suggest that you carefully research anything that you plan to buy from digitalphotoclub.com. When I called the salesman asked if I knew what the camera price was (yes I did thanks....) and the when I tried to order a lens, he gae me a WAY higher price. I insisted that was not the advertised price and he insisted it was, so I said "OK, I don't want it" and he immediately said, "Oh, yeah wait, you're right, that is the price"...yeah right. The order shipped promptly with good tracking via UPS. Instead of the Sandisk SD card I ordered, they sent a cheap off brand. The lens did not have a warranty card I needed to get a rebate. The invoice and shipment was from "Focus Camera, Inc", hmmmmmm, a different vendor. To this day I have not had any reply to my requests to return the SD card that I did not order. Thankfully Tamron sent me the warranty card I needed because I am sure I would neer have gotten it from digitalphotoclub or whomever they are."
