"Reading the reviews and my own experience they are REALLY BAD ! shop elsewhere , they take the money out of your account and then simply don't send the trainers . I called them to find out where they were and was told they were now £10 more expensive . Bad service and poor customer service . Believe the reviews on here and steer clear :0( another unhappy customer plopflopper do something about it ! "

"For the second time now footlocker has sent me a different size shoe than the one ordered. The first time was ordered in store to. "I ordered some shoes the first of September for my daughter birthday. I just received them this month in October,I live on a military base overseas but they should at least give me a estimated delivery date, I will make sure when I order anything else from them I have nothing but time. I called customer service just to check on my items and I was told someone will contact me by phone and I got nothing but they had my money. I hope the next time it would be better ,if there is a next time"

"Absolutely the slowest merchant on the internet. BEWARE...it takes 24-72 hours to do an address verification and you have to be home to answer your phone in the middle of the afternoon. It takes them nearly 3 days to get their lazy butts around to boxing up your shoes and handing them over to UPS. They must be using UPS's lowest level of service, perhaps ALF-CIO rickshaw, in order to take 9 total days to make delivery the 350 miles from Wisconsin to Minnesota. I'm glad I don't live in California or I may not get my shoes by Christmas!! Customer service could care less...these people actually think that processing and shipping speeds like this are normal! My suggestion is avoid Foot Locker and their sister company EastBay.com at any cost, they might be $5 cheaper but the frustration level is NOT worth the savings! "

"Just plain bad, I tried for 2 hours adding a limited edition shoe online and finally got it through purchase, I was so happy BUT this is where everything for footlocker went downhill, they claim to have international shipping Charged me $65 for shipping and took 2 weeks to try and verify the visa hold which should have had no problem clearing and the limited edition was canceled because they said it was for security reasons, I have purchased over the internet from many American sites and have had no problems with the security of my purchase however footlocker does have a problem I guess their logistical understanding of having a good system does not comply. "

"Slowest handling ever. I put in my order on 4/2, today in 4/7 and it hasn't shipped yet, only a UPS shipping label has been created. There's no indication the item is backordered. "I bought Nike Sneakers for $180.00 at footlocker store at Christmas and the salesman did not want to spend the time to add my VIP number as he was on commission and it would take too long to add it. I called the VIP dept and a nasty woman said she would take the transaction information and my number but would not tell me if anything would get done and nothing was done. I got screwed out of a $20 VIP bonus card. FootLocker Sucks."

"Buyer beware! Foot Locker is running a scam! I went to Kids Foot Locker in Cheltenham Square Mall on September 1, 2012- store #46707- associate named Sharon. I bought a Nike teeshirt for my son. She made a big deal about a filling out a survey for Foot Locker which I completed when I got home. You're supposed to get $10 off your next purchase of $50 or more. So, on Saturday September 15, 2012, I go back to get my son some sneakers armed with my $10 off coupon. He chooses the sneaks he wants but they tell me I cannot use the coupon. Sharon failed to mention that The coupon isn't good until the 1st of the next month. So essentially, people are expected to complete the survey and hold onto the receipt for a month before I could make a $50 purchase. This is a huge scam. I don't blame the workers, I blame the company. I probably wont buy from them again."

"I am typing this complaint to FootLocker. This is the first time (and possibly last time) I will be ordering shoes online. First of all, this company is so dishonest. I bought my shoes on 8/28 and shipped on 8/29. I paid $13 for 3-4 day shipping and they guys ship it by standard shipping. As a result, I will not be getting my original pair of shoes until Tuesday after Labor day because it takes 4 business days to ship from Wisconsin all the way to LA. I asked them to send me another one and they were willing to send me another pair of the same shoe by 2-day air. They shipped it out on Wednesday and I received the second pair on Friday. Now the upset part come, the shoes arrived in a shoe box inside a BAG that is all ripped up on one side. You heard me, a box inside a bag that is all ripped up. Someone could've reached in and grab the shoe box out. I called FootLocker, asking why they are so cheap and sending a shoe in a bag? They said, "Oh, we ship a box inside a box for expensive and special shoes." Our shoes are special, so don't treat us like low-class people just because we are in a budget crisis and can't afford expensive shoes. I tried the shoes on, they are a bit tight in the front. I asked them to send me a replacement, they said that I have to pay for the new shoes plus shipping. Until they receive the small shoes back, they will refund. I was shocked because I know that I have to return the shoes back, so why can't they send another one? They have the right to charge me if I do not return the shoes. They made a big deal out of it and I gave up. I have to wait Tuesday to order new shoes and overnight them because I am in need of a new pair of shoes. This company needs to improve on their integrity and their packaging. I was lucky that no one stole the shoes because the bag was ripped open. I will keep in touch with them and hope they are willing to cooperate with me. Overall, horrible customer service and packaging."

"don't ever order anything from them, they are not honest at all. you paind 3-4 days shipping mehtod, they will ship it as standard. their policy stated that if you order the item before 2pm, will ship at the same day, it was lie too.
customer service is a joke too, they just keep arguing with you but never really want to try anything to help you. very bad experience!

"Bought a pair Nike shoes from their Footlocker outlet at 363-367 Oxford Street, W1C 2SA London on 12th June 2012. After coming home found the shoes a bit uncomfortable, a bit tight. So on 14th June I went back again and asked the shoes to be replaced or money refunded. They looked at the shoe sole very very carefully and managed to discover a speck of mud. And refuded. Now, unless I put it on how would I know whether I am comfortable or not? I offered top clean that miniscule speck with a tissue, but to no avail. Mind you, only 2 days had elpsed, and I was refused both refund and replacement. Horrid staff, just refuse to see reason. Will never ever go again."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I placed an order on the 14th Jan (I live in Australia), Later the same day I received an email requesting payment verification which I immediately responded to.

On 15th Jan acknowledgement of the verification was noted.

I did not hear anything else until the 20th Jan, When I received shipping confirmation. By now the processing time had exceeded the 1-3 day turn around time specified on the web site even AFTER payment verification was noted.

I immediately emailed customer service to query the shipping notification as the tracking # was listed as "RETURNS" & shipping method was "exception shipping". "Returns" is obviously not a valid USPS tracking number and the shipping method should of been listed as "International shipping" not "exceptions. In my email I clearly stated that I had concerns the parcel was labeled incorrectly and would not reach me.

On the 21st Jan a rep named "Ashley K" responded to my email to advise the parcel was sent out via USPS and should be received in 7 - 10 days, Although "Ashley K" was still unable to provide VALID USPS tracking info.

On the 26th Jan. I received an email from foot locker to advise "my customer return" was received and they were processing a credit for the purchase minus the shipping !?!?

So it appears when I initially queried the questionable tracking details and shipping method "Ashley K" never bothered to investigate the issue even when I (THE CUSTOMER) could clearly see potential problems with the order.

I AGAIN had to contact Foot Lockers "Customer Service" (I use that term lightly) and explain the situation.

A rep named "Amanda G" responded and advised a further credit of $58.77 would be raised (the shipping cost).
Although I am pleased the shipping credit has been raised, I am not out of pocket & I no longer have to deal with this incompetent retailer, I'm slightly bewildered that "Amanda G" tried to justify the processing delays blaming the payment verification although the delays occurred AFTER the verification was complete.

Further more she stated in her reply to me that the first rep "Ashley K" acted appropriately as they had "no reason to suspect issues with the order".

Even though it was so obviously clear to me that there was a problem with shipping of the order & I took the time to contact "customer service" in an attempt to resolve the then potential shipping issue.

So apparently being complacent and not investigating a customers concern thoroughly is "acting appropriately " if your employed at Foot Locker.

Add on the processing delays, an inability to send out a parcel then issuing a credit which falls $58.77 short of the invoiced amount and you can see why I will never use this online retailer again.
