Great service on Oxford heated handgrips for my motorcycle.

"I initially ordered the wrong size grips and had to return them – unused and intact, though not repackaged perfectly. FortNine nonetheless gave me a full refund (minus $7 shipping) and even e-mailed me a prepaid Canada Post label for the return package. All I had to do was print it, stick it on the package and drop it off at the local postal outlet. The correctly sized handgrips arrived (as with the first ones) within a week of order and fit, and work, perfectly. Great service!"

"I recently sent an email to FortNine requesting some help regarding their Wishlist feature. It was on the weekend and I did not expect to hear back for several days. However, not only did I get an email back within the hour but the customer representative went in to great detail to help me. Best Customer Service...EVER!!

"Superb customer service with quality products and prompt delivery. My experiences with Fort Nine have been nothing but positive. I called customer service to ask a question regarding a specific helmet and the rep went above and beyond to answer my question. He asked if I would mind holding, and he would go to the warehouse and physically check for what I was asking for. In a few short minutes, he returned to the phone with the info I required. I then ordered that helmet online and received it way before I expected it.

I recently made another purchase and they too arrived in record time. Thank you Fort Nine.

No lip service here !!!

"Hello,

In an era where competition and sales operate in such a tight margin, I'm a firm believer that customer service is what separates companies in the market place.

I called this morning to follow up on an order that I had return. My concern was to have the credit process before December 18th because I placed a second order for a more expensive helmet and did not want to have both purchase on my credit card statement. He suggested to add a note in my case file to accelerate the credit process but to be honest I thought it was lip service. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email 1 ½ hrs later to confirm that you had processed a refund for my order. WOW!!! That is efficiency and GREAT customer service.

Being in retail myself, I know how much companies appreciate positive feedback. My last ask is that this letter is shared with the district manager and head office in hopes Jonathan is recognized for his service and ability to make long lasting customer relationships.
