After the original online order was placed, I wanted to change the delivery address, and they accommodated that wonderfully.
Why not 5 stars? The order could have been processed more promptly. The "1:00 clock cut-off" on orders could also be made clear on the order forms. Also, I ordered a "Kia part" but it's for a Hyundai car. Same engine, exact same part number, which I knew to be correct. But of course when I typed in my Hyundai VIN it wouldn't work, so the site couldn't guarantee a fit. That caused my order not to be fulfilled right away, which was a surprise to me since it appeared my order was accepted online. I don't know how long my order would have sat if I hadn't called them.
Lastly, it took longer than expected to arrive, but that wasn't their fault. It was approaching Christmas time (still early December) and the post office was a bit slow."

"From the Peltier Kia Longview website I made a inquiry for a part requesting price and availability. I received no response.
Three-Four days later I received a voice message from a fast talking salesperson.
After a week I went to the parts counter where the parts specialist sitting on the right helped me in a professional manner.
She did some research and was not able to find my original inquiry. She did answer my original inquiry on the spot.
Know I am getting unwanted phone calls.
Please stop any and all phone calls, texts and emails until further notice.
