"Just like so many others have stated this is a horrible company. I ordered my wife flowers for her birthday. I paid extra for AM delivery to ensure she could enjoy them all day on her special day. The flowers did not arrive in the morning. I called in the early afternoon to see what was going on. They apologized and said they would refund the extra fee for AM delivery. I was not happy but I understand that things happen sometimes. However, when I spoke with them, they ASSURED me that everything was okay with the order and that they would be delivered no later than 5PM that day. They never arrived."

"With Covid hurting us financially we have become almost homeless. But an Anniversary is special so i made the sacrifice to get flowers. Bad idea to not go myself. They never showed up at all. They would not emmediately give a refund until "investigated" so i could buy others. Basically it ruined the needed surprise my wife needed for our anniversary. More disappointing than i can express. Would never recommend. Customs service is sub par."
"I placed an order for a funeral service a day before the funeral and to make sure that my order was at the destination on time I paid extra fee. I check the next day to see if my order arrived on time it showed that wasn’t delivered at all. I called customer service they said it’s for delivery for the next day. They offered me to deliver the flowers at home since the order was too late for the funeral but that particular sympathy standing spray was only for funeral not for home. Plus the price was a lot more than a bouquet. I was very sad already about the loss and now I had to deal with this situation. The supervisor at customer service wasn’t very helpful. I got refunded but I was very disappointed.
Do not trust the same day delivery or next day delivery from this company. "
"My aunt ordered flowers from them to send to me for my birthday. Paid the extra charge to have them delivered before 12 Noon. They not only didn't arrive before Noon - they didn't even arrive on that day. When they did arrive the next day, most of the flowers were either dead or dying, along with the greenery. When contacted, the company only refunded 20% of the amount paid. I have never dealt with a florist who had such little regard for their customer. "
"Literally one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever dealt with. Wish there was a “0 stars” option. This is so shameful and unethical on so many levels. I rarely feel the need to share this kind of information and give a negative review - but in this case it’s SO outrageous how terribly unscrupulous this company is that it’s only right to tell as many people about it as possible. Whatever could go wrong, a customer could be bold-faced lied to about, and total lack of transparency and honesty is what this is. They’re not reputable in any way. Beware if you take the risk - you might as well set your $ on fire. "
"Really bad service, don't waste your time. I wasted half an hour trying to order a bouquet to a postal code with the system telling me this particular bouquet can't be delivered to this particular postal code AFTER I input all the data, including the birthday greeting and the sender/receiver's personal info. When I finally picked a bouquet that could be delivered, 'same day delivery' changed to 'delivery at a later date.' At checkout the initial price almost doubled because of 'handling fees' - literally, went from $40 to $70 for a modest bouquet. If you want to tip people off with these prices, fine, but pease don't waste my time, state your prices upfront."

"On Saturday, April 10, 2021, my husband placed an order through From You Flowers to be delivered the following day. Hours later he received an email stating that the order couldn’t be delivered Sunday as requested but would be delivered on Monday. The flowers were for our anniversary so having them delivered on Monday simply wouldn’t do. He canceled the order and received an email stating his order had been canceled and his money would be refunded.
On Monday, April 12, 2021, the order of flowers my husband had canceled was delivered to our doorstep. The delivery person wasn’t wearing a mask and was holding the flowers very close to her face while talking on her cell phone. She left them on the wet ground outside of our front door and left without ringing the doorbell. The flowers weren’t wrapped, and the vase wasn’t even in a cardboard box. I called Bouquets N Things, the florist in Easton, PA who delivered the flowers, and told them we had canceled the order and asked them to pick up the flowers, which we would have returned regardless because they were half dead when they were dropped off and the wrong color. We spoke to the owner who couldn’t have been ruder or more belligerent. She refused to pick up the flowers despite the fact that she had admittedly filled the order in error. She told me that she wouldn’t get paid by From You Flowers if the flowers weren’t delivered. She also gave the excuse that due to COVID she couldn’t pick up the flowers, despite the fact that neither my husband or I had touched the flowers and completely ignoring the fact that she had been holding the flowers by her face while talking on her cell phone as she was delivering them. We didn’t want to bring flowers in the house because the person who delivered them wasn’t wearing a mask, was coughing all over them, and my husband and I didn’t want to expose our family to COVID. Not to mention we weren’t going to keep flowers we didn’t pay for as he had canceled the order. The owner kept telling us to keep the flowers, not out of generosity, but so that she could get paid for this bogus delivery. We called Bouquets N Things several times but each time the owner refused to do the right thing and became ruder with each call. She yelled at us that her shop isn’t open on Sundays, which we had no way of knowing because From You Flowers doesn’t tell us what florist will be delivering the flowers. All we wanted to do was give back flowers for an order that had been canceled so the owner was not justified for her rude and unprofessional behavior.
Unable to reason with the owner of Bouquets N Things, we called From You Flowers. From You Flowers contacted the owner of Bouquets N Things several times and asked them to pick up the flowers, but the owner refused. Not wanting to keep the flowers on an order that had been canceled my husband took an hour drive roundtrip to return the flowers to Bouquets N Things.
What Bouquets N Things did was not only bad customer service, it was unethical. I could forgive a florist who dropped off flowers with a few dead rose petals, but I cannot forgive a florist that is verbally abusive and refuses to pick up flowers that had been delivered in error. If you order from Bouquets N Things you won’t get roses the way you ordered them, all you get is stuck by a thorn."

When I ordered the same-day flowers (Feb 18), they immediately charged my credit card, but several hours later, I got an email stating they could not find a florist to deliver the same day. They offered to deliver them the following day (Feb 19) with an upgraded bouquet, so I agreed. When I tracked the order on their website today (Feb 19), the status said it was being delivered today and I heard nothing else until I email them. I then get a reply once again saying they could not find a florist to deliver the flowers today - and they never let me know. I had to inquire to find out the bad news. So, if they couldn't deliver them on the 18th, then why offer to deliver on the 19th if you didn't have a florist confirmed????"
"Ordered 2 dozen long stem roses. Received 1 which were dead. The company would not issue a refund for the MISSING DOZEN. We didn’t even ask for a refund for the dead ones — just the missing they offered us 30% back. How are you going to offer us 30% back on something WE NEVER GOT? When we refused the crappy 30% refund we asked for a redelivery of both 2 dozen flowers. We were told it would be here Tuesday. Here it is Wednesday - no flowers, no tracking information, nothing. Awful experience!! "
