In the dog house on Valentine’s Day

"Order my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day. Had them sent to her office and they never showed up .Waiting for that phone call all day for her say thanks for the flowers but it never happened. Finally I couldn’t keep the secret any longer I had to tell my wife at 7:00 in the evening before she left that I was sorry I had order her Roses but they didn’t show up.Very disappointed and will never order or recommend this company. When I called to get my refund I spoke with a representative named Kimlay and she offered me a Tuesday the 18 deliver and 30%off. All the could say was they were sorry for the inconvenience. I did get a refund but they should of still sent the roses and gave me a refund"

Dishonest and can't deliver

"I placed an order for next day (Sunday) delivery of a sympathy arrangement to the funeral home. After submitting the order, the price jumped almost $10 on the receipt compared to the order summary. Then at 11:30 Sunday morning I got a call from them saying the shop isn't going that way today and can't deliver until tomorrow and asked if a Monday delivery would be ok. Obviously Monday won't be ok for a service on Sunday! Between their dishonest pricing and offering services they can't deliver (no pun intended) this was the first and last time I will ever try to use this company and will tell everyone I know who wants to order flowers not to use them."

"Pictures don’t look anything like the product. If you going to have a picture to showing what the product is expected to look like, have the product look like that or don’t show the picture. Highly disappointed is an understatement "

Late and Wrong Arrangement

"Ordered an arrangement on 12/21/19 for same day delivery. Order never arrived. Called 12/22 they said it would be there by 6:00 pm never arrived. Called 2x for status on Monday stated order was out for delivery. Order never arrived. Finally on 12/24 order arrives and it a completely different arrangement. Will never use this website again!!!!"

Irresponsible. First and last order.

"I placed my order for an Anniversary on Dec 2, 2019 to be delivered on Dec 21. The same day at 3pm they emailed me stating that the local florist didn't have the item I request so they will replace it with something similar and they will deliver it that day. An hour later they emailed me again saying they will be unable to deliver on the 21 they will "try" on the 23. I called them and they offer me a 20% discount. I was so angry I requested a refund."

"What is this company's problem? They take your money and do not actually deliver the product. Your friends, family, and loved ones will NOT get anything from you. But, you will pay them money. Wait!! Isn't this called thieving? Stealing? Scamming? Yes, all of the above. "

Dissatifaction guaranteed!

"Paid extra for same day delivery, but order wasn't delivered. Called and got my extra $2.99 refunded. Next day, still no delivery (oh - the florist wasn't open on a Sunday). Was offered 15% off the order. Monday, still no delivery (oh - the florist won't be able to put together the order that day, so sorry. We'll upgrade your order to "deluxe"). Tuesday something was delivered, BUT NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED. What has been delivered cost less in "deluxe" than what I had originally ordered as "regular". 3 days late and not what I had ordered. I requested a full refund, but that doesn't provide the "satisfaction guarantee" they claim to offer."

Didn't deliver, literally

"I ordered flowers at 8:25 am and paid extra for same.day delivery in a large town that has over a dozen flower shops. It was being delivered to a business and should have been delivered by 5 pm. I got an email at 5:38 pm that they were "sorry" they didn't do what they were paid to do, paid extra to be exact. The email further stated the flowers would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, i ordered them to be delivered same day for a reason. Took me 15 minutes of being on hold (twice) to get customer service to cancel the order and refund my money. I will never use this company or recommend them. "

Never delivered. Refunded 5.43 of 77.21

"This was a flower purchase for a employee who is taking leave for a family death. I paid extra for both next day and before noon delivery. The company did not deliver flowers and had the nerve to send me a email stating they confirmed it was delivered 4/24/19. Today is 4/23/19.... How can you confirm a future delivery happened? When I contacted them both by phone and email for a service they can not provide now there response was to give me a 5 dollar refund on a 77 dollar purchase. The flowers cant set at the office for a person who is gone the rest of the week. They fabricated a delivery confirmation.... seriously it's not even the day they claimed confirmed delivery. They will not be able to provide the service I requested, in the time frame they promised and need to refund my entire cancelled order."

Awful customer service/Flowers were junk!

"Had a Christmas arrangement sent that looked like a Christmas tree with roses, but what was delivered was a semi-triangular shaped mound of balsam tree branches with one rose. Fortunately, recipient was gracious and didn't say anything negative, but I was embarrassed. I spent $50+ on an item that a 2-year-old could've made in daycare. Additionally, flowers I had sent to another state were never received by intended recipient. From You Flowers customer service kept going back and forth between me and the florist in the recipient's state, who "verified" that they delivered the flowers, even though they allegedly left them outside of the home. Recipient said they were never received. Why would she lie? Literally took a 30-minute phone call to From You Flowers "customer service" before they would refund the money. Will NEVER use them again!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! IMAGES online do not match what you get!

"I purchased an arrangement for my mother and paid an extra $4.99 to have them delivered before noon. The flowers didn't arrive until after 3pm. By that time my mother was not home to receive them. Their customer service kept me on the phone on hold for over 25 minutes. To top it off the Flowers did not look anything like their online images. The roses were only buds and were about the size of a quarter. They had cheap wild flowers mixed in. Very small arrangement NOT WORTH the money. I would give them a zero star if I could!!"

"I ordered flowers for my wife for bday to be delivered to the high school where she works. They didn't show up and the tracking # provided was not found when I pasted it in the UPS website site tracker. At this point, I think I have been totally scammed."

No care for their customers or responsibility to make things right

"I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday and paid up to the the premium package only to find nothing had been delivered and it was 4pm. I called to see what was going on and they told me the florist didn't pick up but they would send me an email copying me and call me back shortly. Not only did I receive neither, they eventually told me they spoke with the florist and they didn't have the flowers needed to make the bouquet. Why the F would a flower store accept when they don't have supplies? for heavens sake it could have been for a funeral, hospital visit etc let alone a bday. As imagined, I was not happy whatsoever. After telling them I need a supervisor, the woman I was speaking to offered me a 30% discount and I said that isn't good enough. Again, my girlfriend's bday was pretty much over and I wanted her office to see her get them as silly as it sounds, we do long distance and little things go a long way. After I said no to the discount and that wasn't good enough, I eventually spoke with the supervisor only to be offered less at 25%. After uproar, it was 30% then 35% then 50% and I said I should get a refund and it be free as a bday has a specific date and how would they feel. To no avail of course. I then said okay, full refund please and I will go write reviews so that the inconvenience and lack of help/empathy would prevent future earnings. At this point I was offered 70% but they wanted to pay same day shipping and service...seriously??? As you can imagine I cancelled and won't be ordering from them again and you probably shouldn't either"
