"You’re better off going to your local market to buy 2-3 bunches of flowers and constructing your own bouquet. This was supposed to be a special gift delivery for my mother in law for her birthday since my husband and I live in Florida and she lives in California. She loves flowers and thought this would be the perfect gift for her. But we were met with a huge disappointment. The flowers were dying prior to the delivery and the bouquet was not even full. There were more “filler” flowers than actual flowers. The written message was sloppy and the person messed up on a comma that ended up looking like the pen leaked, so the comma became a blob. Sadly, I thought the birthday balloon was a lot cuter than the flower bouquet. So, tread lightly if you’re considering to spend a pretty penny for these bouquets. "

I’ve called twice and been placed on hold for at least 15 mins both times with no resolutions. If you have a complaint they simply place you on hold until the call drops. Do not waste your money with them! "

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This is probably one of the worst flowers companies I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and paid for a 4 hour delivery window, to ensure that flowers would arrive at the Funeral Home that is taking care of my Aunt's home going. T his was done on 5/29/20.
I later get an email saying that the flowers were not able to be delivered, because I did not indicate the service time. Well, the time of my Aunt's funeral should have been irrelevant as the 4 hour window should have governed. Immediately, this sounded like an excuse. If it was simply a matter of knowing the service time, they could have contacted the Funeral Home using the provided telephone number and simply asked.
I was then promised it would be delivered on 5/30/20 before 9:00 a.m. Per their agent "Kim" (the name given but was possibly fake) that she spoke with the florist and that it would definitely be delivered.
Fast forward hours later and I get another email saying it can not be delivered and asking about changing the order to be delivered at a later time via UPS in a box.
I contacted them back, and needless to say both the rep and the "supervisor" apologized for the inconvenience. A generic thing that they are trained to do. They then said they could see where it was scheduled, mind you, the email said it was cancelled. When I pressed, after hearing obvious lies, she began to tell me that they could not deliver it because of the pandemic.
When I rebutted that we knew about the pandemic when I placed the order at around noon; as well as, when I spoke to "Kim" at around 6 p.m., she then said, they didn't have the Sprayer.
These people will give you any and every excuse. They don't care how this impacts you emotionally. I am not sick and distraught, as my Aunt will only have one home going and I can't even send flowers in my absence.
This is my first review on the company, but I have vowed to spread the word to every media outlet, every review site, the BBB and the Attorney General. I am even contemplating a law suit, as companies like this never learn until someone takes it to the extreme. I want this customer to suffer like they are making me suffer by their horrible and dishonest business tactics."
"I ordered two different sets of flowers on May 8th on a Friday was supposed to be delivered by Monday or Tuesday at the latest, Tuesday had come and gone and Wednesday morning I decided to log on to my account and check the status of the deliveries, shown that they had not been delivered so I place a phone call to customer service which states they would check upon this order with the florist and put me on hold, customer service came back and said the flowers would be delivered on Wednesday if that would be okay with me but then she proceeded to tell me that they are out of flowers would I substitute something for what I ordered. a little frustrated I said as long as they get their Wednesday by 5 and the flowers are similar to what I ordered that will be fine. So when Thursday morning comes around I see that the order has still not been delivered so I called customer service again and they are supposed to call me back , never did. So in the meantime I get a phone call cause one flower arrangement had been delivered they both were supposed to go to the same address, so I ended up getting the floris's name and phone number and calling him and he said the flowers will be delivered by Thursday evening, and they did not. No communication I did get a refund of $10 and I spent spent 120.00. 3 days late and not what the flowers I had picked out. this is the first time that I've had bad business dealings with this company always have been a okay. "I ordered 2 flower bouquets on Tuesday for them to be delivered the Saturday before Mothers day.
This was in Tucson, AZ. Both bouquets, vase, and custom notes were delievered around 12:30pm on the day I requested.
I'm giving 4 stars because one of the 2 arrangements looked different than I ordered. My grandmother loved them, so the flowers were still nice, but I know others would be very sad if they received a bouquet that looked nothing like what they ordered.
Overall, I'd recommend this company and would advise others to order very common flowers like sunflowers, roses, daisy's, etc. Also, because their business model is to collect your order online then push the order to your local florist, I'd assume not to use From You Flowers if you do not have a local florist who delivers or there isnt one very close to you."
"I ordered both my daughter and my granddaughter some flowers-this was my granddaughters first mothers day. We all live together so I was home when they were delivered. First, when doing the purchase although I ordered them together it was considered 2 separate orders so I had to pay the service fees on both sets of flowers which totals $23 each. So my daughter opens her flowers which had 4 yellow roses in it and all the petals fell off of them. The flowers were not fresh at all and were turning brown. Then my granddaughter opened hers which was rainbow roses-none of the colors that were advertised and all turning brown with some petals trying to fall off.
I called them and they wanted to bargain with me on how much of a refund to give, she started with 20%, then went to 30%. Of course I had to handle each one of the separate since they did it as 1 orders. So my daughters who we talked about first will receive another order which not sure when it will arrive. My granddaughters, after I pulled up their website again and saw that they guaranteed 100% satisfaction and guaranteed fresh flowers, I told her I wanted a full refund. I then asked about my daughters if I could just get a refund and she refused saying the order was already in for deliver. Will see how they show up. "

"I purchased a Bouquet of flowers to send right after Valenstines day but what was sent was a bunch of wilter flowers. I called up MyFlowers and they apologized. They said they were unaware of the condition the florists sent. They also said they would complain to that vendor and take action.
The manager called me following the complaint and offered me a full refund and also another arrangement of beautiful flowers. The recipient was flabbergasted as I spoke with her on the phone. MYFlowers did the right thing and provided the best customer service. I do understand these things happen but the willingness to fix the problem was well worth it. "Don't do it. I have never written a review in my life, this is my first. I ordered premium Roses $146. for my Anniversary and paid for expedited deliver by 12 noon. Well 12 noon came and went. I called and spoke with someone from a foreign country, I spent over 45 minutes on the phone explaining that my wife and I leave for work at 3 pm. The final answer was Its out on the truck for delivery. I waited until 1:30 and called back waited and waited to find its out for delivery, with no more information available. I've ordered my mother flowers on the 7th of February for them to be delivered on the 8th but they never came, neither on 8th nor on 10th. I've called customer service several times to get info on the status of my order, they promised to send them but never did. When I asked to return my money back at first they offered me 20% of the amount but luckily after my indignation they agreed to pay me back in full."
