"Tried to order online clearance printer, order goes through. Get order and shipping confirmation within 5 minutes. Hour later get email stating debit card information invalid and order was being canceled. I wanted the item so I called Frys, gave representative credit card info was told there were issues with that card, gave third card info told the same thing. Turns out product sold out immediately and rather than telling me that they sent me into a panic anxiety attack that my personal information had been hacked. Bottom line karmas a **** and big box stores need little people like me to stay in business, which I took elsewhere and blasted my experience on all of my social media connections "
"Most people would have returned this "refurbished" laptop because about 10 of the keys on the keyboard were not working. But it was discounted heavily because it was also a display (out of box) model. So there was a little bit of dust and dirt, here and there. Two of the USB ports did not work. You could not get into Windows because the only user had a password. So I removed and replaced the same keyboard and viola: no more keyboard problem. And I fixed the password problem by "resetting" Windows ..."

Thought everything was great and then got an email CANCELLING our order!? I called the phone number on the cancellation email and asked why the order was cancelled. "I ordered an Xbox controller on February 27th. Later that day I received an e-mail requesting additional information before they would ship my order. I called and spoke to someone, answered a couple of questions, and they said everything was good and it would be shipped out. I was supposed to receive it by March 4th. It is now March 12th and I still have not received my order. It hasn't even been shipped yet (found out by checking the tracking number). I called yesterday and spoke to a man who just confirmed it had not been shipped and said he would e-mail about it. Just checked the tracking number again for updates and there is no change."

Spent two days calling and emailing customer service before I finally reached someone who could help me.
After finally reaching said person, it took them another 2 days to ship me the correct items.
Finally, and most infuriatingly, the resolution was shipped via ground, and not overnight-ed like it should have been!
The slow shipping delayed the corrective measure another 3 days because it was a holiday weekend.
I will never purchase anything from Fry's ever again - Digikey or Amazon only for me now."
