"Absolutely horrid web presence! Ordered a laptop. Went through their verification process only to be told a few days later the laptop was no longer available. Checked and website showed the laptop was still available. Called, got bounced a couple of times. Found out availability is based by each store location. Then it's up to UPS to determine what store they want to ship from. Process wise it's a complete cluster f#@k. Will never shop with them again!"

I re-tried on a different laptop to pickup at the store, and received a call stating that the only one left was a returned model. I went and picked it up, but it had to be reset to factory settings by the in-store repair, which took almost five hours. It seems to be working okay, but I purchased a 3-yr maintenance plan just in case. "
