"TWICE I HAVE ORDERED A SMALL LAPTOP, BOUGHT AND PAID FOR IT, GIVEN A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AND A DELIVERY DATE AND BOTH TIMES THEY WERE CANCELED THE NEXT DAY OR THE DAY AFTER. IS THIS THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM THAT BUSINESS USE TO DO. I'm NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER."

Get the Burger, Skip the Fry's

"Absolutely horrid web presence! Ordered a laptop. Went through their verification process only to be told a few days later the laptop was no longer available. Checked and website showed the laptop was still available. Called, got bounced a couple of times. Found out availability is based by each store location. Then it's up to UPS to determine what store they want to ship from. Process wise it's a complete cluster f#@k. Will never shop with them again!"

You have to be quick. Three and one-half stars.

"I initially ordered a Samsung laptop computer, but after ordering, I got a call saying my credit card had been declined without reason. Later, I received an email stating that my order was declined because the item was out of stock. I re-tried on a different laptop to pickup at the store, and received a call stating that the only one left was a returned model. I went and picked it up, but it had to be reset to factory settings by the in-store repair, which took almost five hours. It seems to be working okay, but I purchased a 3-yr maintenance plan just in case. "

"The order was cancelled (by Fry's) due to lack of stock but the item continued to be listed on the website. I wasn't charged, but it was kind of inconvenient (and wasted time). I ended up ordering (and receiving) from amazon."
