"No product, Fry's cancelled order"
"I bought a clearance 6 disk CD player and was informed that it only had the power cord and no other attachments. The price was not discounted from the same models shown elsewhere on the net and it was unclear exactly what was not included. So I cancelled my order"
"I tried in vain to place an order with them and the order was canceled each time. I tried 2 different credit card, but the order was cancelled each time. I must have tried 5 to 6 times. I contacted my credit card companies to make sure the cards were still valid and I was good. I gave up and went to Best Buys"

"I tried to order a Samsung SSD drive that was on special but it failed to show out-of-stock until the final checkout. I then ordered in-stock SSD that wasn't a "big special" on their website and waited patiently for the delivery. They never email or called and the tracking number showed it was yet shipped. I called and they said they were now out of stock and don't know when they are going to get more in stock.
I thought more of Fry's to at least contact me rather than do nothing. This wasn't a Christmas gift but for my work with a non-profit and now all the reasonably priced 1Tbyte drives are out of stock.
This is not a way to treat customers whether it's Black Friday or any other day. There are many other places to buy from and providing bad customer service isn't a way to treat customers especially if you want to stay in business!"

"I ordered a Black Friday laptop deal, which was listed as good to go on the website. After I placed and paid for the order, I received an email saying that the item was not available and that I could cancel the order if I wanted. It was not made clear whether the item would come back in stock until I asked. The representative said it would not come back in stock, and I received a refund. All of this could have been prevented if the item had been listed as out of stock in the first place. "
"Fry's website showed & still shows the Naxa 10.1" Tablet with Quad Core Processor, 1GB Memory, 16GB Storage, Android 8.1 Micro USB Keyboard Included as available at my local store so I ordered one about 2 hours later I got a call from Fry's saying it was out of stock and they offered me a much more expensive tablet. Fry's website still shows the Wilsonville store as having them in stock. Right BIG RIP OFF"
"Ordered 1 product and was given more than enough info to help us determine if we wanted to proceed with order since there were a few issues w/the product. When ordering another item, Fry's called to tell us the item was not in stock and no charge would be made to our account. Appreciated their transparency in both situations."

"I received a email regarding my order has been cancelled # T5018953, so I called, the gentleman on the phone I mistaken for a robot, no personality, no manners, like I mentioned in the title (a dog ****). he/it tells me that we no longer have this product, any normal sales person with common sense would have mentioned an upgraded unit, other discounted units, a sale or give me a discount on an upgraded Kenwood unit similar to the unit I ordered DD X375 BT. "
