Horrible. I went on Frys.com to purchase a car radio. I chose the one I wanted and made the purchase. 2 days later I get a refund...

"Horrible. I went on Frys.com to purchase a car radio. I chose the one I wanted and made the purchase. 2 days later I get a refund... After Contacting customer support they told me that I was given a refund because the item was out of stock. Even though the website didn't say that the item was out of stock in fact it said that it was in stock and plenty left. even after I was given a refund, I went back to the site, and it still said "in Stock". All of this caused me to go elsewhere for the item..luckily it was early enough to find another item before Christmas. Very poor website maintenance. Even the emails I get aren't consistent. Sometimes you get the email without the code..some days the site won't even look the same. Frys.com needs consistency and constant product inventory updates. "

Never again Frys

"Ordered my cyber monday hoverboard deal. received notification it was ready to ship. Received notification from UPS it was ready to ship then my order was canceled before it was ever picked up. No explanation, just a your order was canceled. I could've purchased from elsewhere on Cyber Monday, but i chose Frys. Never again. I missed out on several great deals only to be tricked and cheated by Frys. "

"I ordered a PS4 and VR package. then received a order confirmation, then a cancellation notice came with no explanation as to why. many calls later I learned that I was out of luck.

We're not in Amazon anymore....

Never Notified of Order Cancellation

"I purchased a Switch form the online services, and after a week of waiting and blowing past the expected expiration date, I finally called the help line (which took 20 minutes to connect to a representative), and this is after sending an email requesting tracking information (which was never respond to).

After finally reaching the representative, she told me that my order "Failed to process in the system". After being told this, she further told me that there were no replacement items in stock, so "they couldn't do anything about it". Keep in mind, I only found any of this out because I CALLED. Extremely unprofessional service, and a failure in their online data systems/communication.

Just go to BestBuy or get stuff from Amazon, Fry's continues to let me down.

My account was hacked. Poor security...

"Hacker ordered a receiver for themselves. Good thing I saw the e-mail confirmation and took immediate action to stop it. They also subscribed to numerous online newsletters using my e-mail address, in attempt to disguise their fraud order. My Fry's account was the only one compromised, so I am sure it's Fry's that got hacked and not me."

Never Again Will I Order From Fry's

"1. The web site was slow and kept locking up.
2. After I ordered, I got a phone call from Fry's telling me the item I ordered was out of stock even though the web site said the item was in stock.
3. Fry's customer service person said I had to cancel my order. They couldn't do it or even send me an email?
4. I then received a notice from Fry's that my order was processed and a shipping label was issued.
5 After a few days with the order status not changing from "Shipping Label Printed" status, I decided to cancel the order and go to another vendor. JBL had great prices on the headphones I was looking for and I received my order in 3 days!
6. I am done with Fry's.

Horrible

"Horrible customer experience. Ordered $800 worth of Klipsch speakers, they processed the order, and I got a UPS tracking number. All was right with the world. Then out of nowhere the order showed "cancelled - no stock". I wrote in and asked what was happening but never got a response. This whole experience left a bad impression and makes me realize why I don't order from Fry's more often."
