AWSOME AS USUAL!!!

"I ordered some more gear that I absolutely needed sooner than later, but the Allen & Heath mixing console I needed was unfortunately on back order from A&H for 4 weeks. Jim Roof called the A&H Rep and explained the situation with me having to return another completely different unit and needed the replacement ASAP and long story short, the new A&H console was sitting on my desk 5 days later! I know that that can't happen for everyone ALL the time, but sometimes it can when someone like Jim Roof cares enough to even bother to take his time to reach out to the manufacturer instead of just looking at a computer status of back ordered and letting that just be the end of it.
Thank you Full Compass, and BIG THANKS to Jim Roof!!!

USPS goofed up shipping, Full Compass made it right

"I used tracking on the shipment and it kept bouncing back and forth between two USPS facilities. After about two weeks, I have up, called Full Compass. It took some wrangling on my end and a manager to help out, but a new shipment went out and I got the shipment. A bit of a hassle but Full Compass made it good in the end.
