Very disappointing

"I am very disappointed in this company and its lack of flexibility. Our school purchased a speaker for our meetings in September; it wasn’t loud enough, and we Never used it. We tried to return or exchange it in May (And I understand it was several months since the purchase), But they didn’t even entertain any flexibility. We are a small nonprofit school, and I highly recommend a similar institution. Do not use this place. We have an extensive band program, and we will no longer give them business. I will also reach out to other school leaders in the Madison area."
