"When I received my lamp, they had sent a table model instead of the floor model that I had ordered. I had emailed customer service to tell them I had received the wrong lamp and had an email back from them the next day saying they had shipped the correct lamp and sent a return lable for me to return the table lamp. The new one arrive a couple of days later.

Although I am disappointed about receiving the wrong lamp, the error was corrected in a very timely and professional manner.
