"Two things affect my satisfaction with this company. !) Bulb included with Lamp was very poorly packaged. It was unsecured inside a small box with an open end and no "caution" warning. When I picked up the bulb box from it's styrofoam slot within the lamp packing it fell out the box's' open end and shattered. Thus, I needed to order an additional bulb and suggested they should, given their poor packaging of the bulb with no warning about it, replace the bulb for free. Such bulbs are expensive so it's loss was not trivial. I also suggested they redo their bulb packaging to avoid this in the future. I heard nothing back from the company. I do not yet have the replacement bulb but have noticed my credit card has been charged so I presume they did not replace it for free. As for the lamp itself-- I still do not know if it will work and won't until I receive the bulb replacement. 2) Also, unlike most internet companies I do business with they do not send any tracking information for their products or notify you by e-mail when they are shipped. This is a probleml when you need to track."

"Recently moved to a senior residence. The lighting provided was in my opinion irritatingly low in intensity and overly yellowish. I appreciate their moves to reduce electric costs but the Full Spectrum dimmable Solutions desk lamp I purchased gives me the level of white light I like and at low electric cost. My memory is 70 watts at full power providing illumination at about the level of a 300 watt incandescent bulb and a much more natural white light. I am very happy with the improvement in my reading and desk work environment provided by my new desk lamp."
