"I felt like the sales staff was very helpful, and not too over bearing like in some furniture stores. If you needed help they were there and if you needed time to browse they left you alone. The lady in the black shirt who greets didn't really even look up when greeting people with "welcome to Furntiure Deals" or make eye contact. When I approached her with a question regarding the tv that was part of the promotion she stated she didn't know anything about the tv, and blurted out "it's a free tv" and acted annoyed that I was asking questions about it. And, it wasn't a free tv, we were going to be paying for part of it as it was a promotion based on how much money you spend in their store. It was slightly disappointing to be treated like you're ignorant and asking stupid questions about a tv you are going to be spending money on. I just felt if your store was going to run a promotion the staff should be knowledgeable about what you're offering or at least attempt to find answers to your questions. On a positive note, we had to return a chair 2 seperate times due to manufacturers defect. I was extremely pleased with this process. Everyone from the sales floor to the delivery drivers were fabulous."
