For just $99 we got it delivered to Lawrence, and installed! To hook up a trailer to my truck and go pick it up, drive to Lawrence and back, and set it up and carry everything in, WELL worth the delivery cost. Definitely go there again for future buys. "

"My purchasing experience was very well handled. Dave (Mgr) and Colleen (sales) were very helpful and professional. As far as the delivery personnel, it was a horrible experience. They made me really regret going into the store making a purchase. One of the delivery guys in particular complained the whole time he was at my home. He made it very clear that I should have purchased pieces that were easier for him to handle, less expensive pieces, "...something that didn't have wood on it because it was too hard for him to move into the home." This was mentioned after he took my door off the hinges. And hadn't even attempted to bring in my furniture. He complained for atleast 20mins, stating that our 4 yr old home had substandard doors. Then my husband stated that Two Men and a Truck brought all of our furniture in and didn't damage anything. During all this, our door is still wide open/off the hinges...Finally he brought our furniture in only after his partner kept telling him to atleast try... Well, he scratched up the furniture. Plus tore one of the pillows. He told me that I might as well keep it because they weren't going to do anything but send out a guy to repair it. Well I told him that I didn't want the damaged loveseat to return it and send me a new one. This information was relayed to Dave (store mgr) at the Belton,Mo location where I originally purchased the furniture. I also requested that the same delivery personnel not come back to my home ever again. I had this same guy on another delivery (bedroom set)and he displayed the same bad attitude/behavior."

"The Staff was very helpful - and patient. The delivery took too long though. Also, the coffee table I purchased was pre-assembled (except for the glass top) when it was delivered and was so loose and unstable I had to get it turned upside down by myself and tighten all of the screws (I am no spring chicken). All in all I will consider re-visiting your store for future purchases."
