I knew what I wanted when I went in and the sales person helping me took me directly to it, checked to see if it was in stock immediately, and I was on my way to the warehouse to pick it up. The man at the warehouse was just as helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and gave additional info in case I needed to return. Overall I was very pleased."
