"Our exerience with Furniture Deals has been very positive. We found the selection to be much better than NFM. The sales people and support staff have a great system going. When we had a detailed question, our sales person could answer it himself or radio in the question to someone who could answer it right then.
The delivery option was reasonably priced and very flexible. The delivery guys were very interested in protecting the furniture and our walls. They worked hard to keep everything nice.

She gave us all the information we asked for and even wrote up an invoice so we could come back the next day and order all the things we had picked out the day before without having to show someone again. "Diane, sales representative, was very helpful, knowledgeable and took a lot of time to show me everything I asked about; checked on availability; delivery dates and anything that I needed. The finance people in the back were very friendly and efficient. The delivery guys were great as well. I was going to tip them, but then I saw the $$ on the clip board, hitting of a tip, so I decided NOT to tip them because of that. :( Great experience and will be back if I need anything else."

"I picked up my table at the warehouse and assembled it myself. One of the legs I was only able to get one of the two screws in. The table seems sturdy enough but I may but a different screw to fit in. A minor malfunction in the product but seems to still stand sturdy enough."

"Always good to work with from our perspective, sales group is always pleasant and helpful, not "pressuring" either. Had an issue with one of the bar stools we ordered, had to deny delivery because it was damaged upon delivery. I had to call twice to get it re-delivered, called first time and was told someone would be in contact, waited 2 weeks and called again and it was then handled quickly. Otherwise, went good. "
"This was my first time at Furniture Deals. I was looking for a bedroom set and Diane (whose B-day was that day) came right up to us as we entered the store. She was very quick to know exactly what our taste was that we were looking for and showed us our options. we found just the perfect set. we also were looking for an area rug and found that as well. We moved into our new place this weekend and can't wait till the furniture arrives. My only complaint would be that i had to wait 8-10 days, i was very anxious to get the furniture right away :) the service both with our sales rep and the financial rep were top notch. I will definitely shop there again."
