"Bought a POWERCOLOR ATI RADEON 9800 SE from them and they sent me a different card, which is a lot slower than the one I was expecting. The thing did not have a powercolor logo on it nor did it have the right book with it. Hopefully they will not charge me with a restocking fee since it is their fault. In the process I ordered a Geforce FX 5900 from newegg and received it within 4 days in good condition."

"Attempted to buy advertised graphics card from their site. Some have apparently shipped, as I was recommended to them by an online forum. Turns out they ran out of the card I was ordering, and instead of removing the sold-out from their site and cancelling my order, they just decided to send me a slower, lower quality item instead. They expect me to not blame them for the mistake, as it's "not their fault the manufacturer used the same product number for both items"! They want to charge me a re-stocking fee for sending me the wrong item!!"

"The item that was advertised and pictured (powercolor 9800se with 256-bit memory bus) was not what was recieved. I recieved instead a 9800se with a 128-bit memory-bus. The difference in performance between what i got and what i ordered is huge, especially for memory bandwidth limited functions... like, for example, anti-aliasing (which is a key function I wanted this card for in the first place). Now, I have to pay a restocking fee to pay for their 'mistake' in order to return this misadvertised item, in addition to losing the extra cash i spent on having them rush my order and 2nd day delivery.

Avoid this retailer!

"They bait and switched me on a video card. They showed on thing on the web site and shiped something less even though the packing receipt shows the correct card I ordered.
Very slow in issuing an RMA.

"buyers beware this seller cheats money out of people's pockets. i ordered a radeon 9600 non-pro 128mb OEM. there was no where on the page that said the product was a low-profile model. i have also spoke to their RMA department his name is, "Larry." all he did was laugh because he admit that the company sent the wrong product but wants a restocking fee for a return and/or exchange. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

"I started looking at getting a new monitor. So I went ahead and purchased a Viewsonic E95-b from this company. I recieved the monitor and all worked fine for 7 days. Then the thing exploded...........and died. I contacted the company and they issued me an RMA.

I sent the monitor in and 14 days after not getting a charge back I contacted the company which yieled little success as nobody bothered picking up the phone. So I contacted my CC company to see what I could do. They said if they didnt issue a credit in 14 days you can stop payment on the charge. So I went ahead and did this. I was already a little irked this company didnt want to stand behind their product and wanted me to deal with the manufacturer after owning the monitor for all of 1 week.

Today I get a letter back from my CC company with some faxes from this company stating they never got the monitor. Too bad for them I contacted UPS and they are sending out a copy of the recievers signature. So Mr\Ms. Kung if you are reading this, better get ready to explain.

Overall very dissatisfied with this company. They dont stand behind their products and even try to get restocking fee's on defective products.(Isnt that illegal?)

I will again go back to newegg.com as they have top notch customer service and a much better return policy. Well crap considering they took delivery of the product and say they dont even have it anything is better than that.

Stay away and shop somewhere else. They will try to swindle you.

"Purchased what I thought was to be a Powercolor 9800SE videocard. They bait/switch'd it to a cheap replacement without notice, a card with half the performance. They knowingly defrauded me and I've sent a complaint to the Mass atty general and filed a complaint/non-payment with my ccard company. I will never do business with them again. BEWARE. Now they don't even answer the phone with the hundreds of disatisfied customers pounding on the door."
