"Bought a Powercolor ATI Radeon 9700 in August but it died a month later, so I RMA'ed via e-mail through Gameve.com. Chosed the "cross-ship" option for an exchange but, unfortunately, they e-mailed me back saying Powercolor was discontinuing this same product. They gave me an option to get another product or just get a refund. I chose to get another video card and paid the difference (Gigabyte ATI Radeon 9800 Pro). The card is working superbly and Gameve's purchasing and RMA'ing process was great. I would highly recommend them, as their prices are very decent, and I will defintely order from them in the near future. Thanks Gameve!"

Called the next day to see about upgrading shipping and after being told that it would go out as scheduled, was told at the last minute that they don't actually have what I ordered in stock. Now have to scramble to get item somewhere else. Low prices are great as long as you don't have to ship the items."

"i must be the unlucky customer or somthing cause this place has been nothing short of a nightmare! i placed an order for the xp2500 Barton 0330VPMW "Y" series cpu like they had advertised on thier site at the time and recieved the xp2500 Barton 0314WPCW "F" series instead?!? now i know most of you are thinking "yeah so?" well to the avg person this wouldnt be a big deal but im an over clocker and i buy certin steppings for the cpu's ocing abilitys. now had i not cared about the stepping i could of gotten the xp2500 Barton retial package on thier site for 88 bucks with a three year warranty. i wanted the 0330 stepping they had advertised on thier site and payed extra money for it and still didnt get what i ordered.even still i wouldnt have minded so much cause i could just get it returned BUT... i have called this place twice and the responce was "we are sorry we will get you an RMA number in you e-mail asap" well its been almost two weeks and no e-mail? ive e-mailed thier customer suport three times and havent heard a thing from them. it's almost like i dont exist? is this the way you people want to be treated? i know i dont so it's my pleasure to inform you the way this place does buisness. all i can say about this place is if you like getting screwed and lied to then gameve is your place! i will never shop here again. just call em up and ask for JOHN he will be glad to lie to you... right JOHN?

"Never ordered from this company before. And from what I seen, they seem to be on thier toes. Purchased a 120Gig Hard Drive on Friday and it was shipped the same day! I will be getting it FedEx tomorrow. (Wedesday) Good processing time overall. I hope I don't have to use their (or anyone else) RMA but, if so, will see how they handle a problem. Will do $$$$ with them again."
"Minuses: 1) ordered a CPU that never arrived (site was updated a few days later indicating it was backordered), and 2) ordered a new motherboard but received a refurbished one--you could tell the bags had been opened and resealed and there was writing in the accompanying manual.
Pluses: customer support answered on first ring and was apologetic.
Questions unanswered: we'll see how good the RMA process is. I asked that they cancel the CPU purchase and I am returning the motherboard for a refund.
Final word: Disappointing first experience with this vendor. Will not be doing business with them again anytime soon."

"I order a bunch of parts from them, to build my own computer. I received all the parts EXCEPT for Gigacube ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB Retail Video Card. I opened the box with a witness present, it was not packaged in any of the boxes I received. I immediately called GameVe.com's customer service. They said they would set out an investigation. A week and a half later I have called their customer service at least 20 times, upon which they have given me the run around, telling me to call back another day. Finally I talk with the company owner, Lawrence Lu, he says the investigation found that they had sent the item. The best deal he can give me is that I pay 30% of the items cost, now a Gigacube ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB Retail video card at their site is $432, and 30% of that is somewhere around $129. I am still waiting for my video card, but this has been the most frustrating customer service issue I have ever had."
